Luxury Villa Artemis, with its stunning Mediterranean Sea & mountain views & amazing sunsets, has a private pool & is located in a fragrant tropical garden setting on the lagoon side of the exclusive Kas Peninsula Turkey. Architect designed, the Villa offers a relaxed, stylish & contemporarily furnished environment of over 220sq metres of internal accommodation, enhanced by travertine floors & terraces throughout. Just 3-4 minutes walk to the Akropol Restaurant & within walking distance of sea swimming platforms; the villa is just a few minutes drive to local peninsula beaches & the charming upmarket resort of Kas. Villa Artemis offers an idyllic holiday retreat in a beautiful location.Accommodates 6 persons. The fully air-conditioned villa offers the following accommodation & facilities:
2 double, 1-twin bedrooms all with en suite bathroom facilities, master bathroom with full sized bath & separate shower cabin. All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes, hairdryers & mosquito nets, bath robes & direct pool terrace or patio access.
Master bedroom has a romantic king-size 4 poster bed & stylish private seating area with TV & DVD player & French doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. Pull down mosquito nets on windows.
Open plan contemporarily furnished living room with 32" LCD satellite TV & radio, DVD. CD player. ipod docking station & digital radio & French doors opening onto balcony & upper terrace with stunning sea views for alfresco dining or just enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching an amazing sunset.
Gourmet Kitchen with marble worktops fully equipped, with 5 ring gas hob, electric turbo fan oven, hood extractor & dishwasher, electric kettle, & all the equipment & utensils needed to cook a magic meal.
Utility room fully fitted with fridge freezer, microwave, liquidizer, toaster & juicer, washing machine, ironing board & iron.
Spacious dining room that can accommodate up to 8 diners, with chilled bottled water dispenser & French doors opening onto balcony & upper terrace with wonderful sea & mountain views.

Activities
The upmarket and slightly bohemium resort of Kas, which is located in area outstanding natural beauty, is a centre for scuba diving and adventure sports.Cradled by the Taurus Mountains,with over 300 days of sunshine, very low humidity &warm crystal clear unpolluted sea, modern day Kas,with its cobbled streets,is built on the ancient site of Antiphellos. An up-market resort with international appeal, that attracts professionals, artists, writers & the yachting fraternity, Kas is open all year round. It has 2 marinas & many excellent restaurants, bars & antique, jewellery, carpet and designer clothes shops. However, Kas is much more than just a resort, with a resident population of 8,000 people, it services the banking and legal needs of the region. It also boasts its own small hospital, school, and some excellent multi-lingual doctors and dentists. With its own amphitheatre it is also close to numerous ancient Lycian historic sites.

All parties are required to complete a booking reservation form. A 25% booking deposit will be required when making a reeservation.The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa All reservations made within the 10 week period must be paid in full and are binding. 2. A refundable security deposit, in the form of separate payment, will be required on paying the final balance. The security deposit payment will not be cashed and will be returned to you intact within 10 working days , subject to there being no damage to villa, its facilities or loss of goods from the rental property during your stay. All payments and reservation will be receipted and confirmed by email. 3. Payments may be made by sterling cheque, IBAN or bank transfer. Credit card payments are only accepted via the PayPal system, please note that payment by credit card will incur a surcharge. free transfers for 2 week bookings July -Sept.
