We are offering our Mediterranean villa on the lovely secluded peninsula of Kas in the southern region of Turkey. The villa is perched atop the mountainous peninsula on the Greek-facing side. It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Greek islands, the charming village of Kas and the endless deep blue Mediterranean waters.

The villa itself is made entirely of local marble and looks like a miniature castle. The interior is spacious, with three full bedrooms –one downstairs and two up. One bedroom has twin beds (ideal for two kids or can be moved together for a third couple.) There are two full baths (connected to the bedrooms) as well as an additional half-bath downstairs. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a laundry room and the villa is air conditioned throughout.

Outdoor dining is always the call, and there is a spacious balcony right off the living room through the French doors. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden is a spectacular swimming pool that feels as though you are literally hanging over the sea. Alternatively, if the sea is your fancy, you can enjoy access to the sea-side or local bay and there are numerous rustic little beach areas within a short ride. The water is crystal clean, very temperate for swimming, and loaded with aquatic life.

If activity is what you are after, the area offers plenty. Boating, tours, snorkeling, scuba, paragliding, mountain biking, hiking and lovely beaches are all within your reach. The town of Kas is just a few minutes away by car or scooter (either of which may be rented for the duration of your stay and we can help arrange them.) The village of Kas is home to an ancient Roman amphitheater and within the area are much more extensive ruins run by the state as tourist attractions. Lively cafes, restaurants, shops, travel agents and merchants adorn the streets and an evening stroll through town is sure to delight.

The best thing to do in Kas is NOTHING AT ALL. Everything is laid back and relaxed and you go at your own speed. Our favorite activity is to sit on the balcony with a bottle of wine and just watch the evening ships sail past. Our gardener looks after the house and his services are included in the price of your stay. We can also arrange for a maid at a very reasonable rate. These kind folks will attend to your every need, including cooking, cleaning, washing your clothes, and taking care of the children.

The villa is being offered for rent on a weekly basis. Multiple weeks are certainly available. Airfare is not included, and must be arranged on your own. The villa is situated between the Dalaman and Antalya airports and for a small fee, the Gardner will gladly make the two-hour shuttle to bring you there and back.
