First floor apartment on a quiet residential road lined with Jakaranda trees and bougainvilea. Overlooks the town, the harbour and the sea. The mountain behind has rock tombs which are lit up at night. Kas is a pretty town with quaint streets and cafe/bars with complimentary sunloungers lining the seafront and access off the rocks into the sea for swimming. There are two shingle beaches in the town and easy access by water taxi to other beaches. The area is steeped in history with many archaeological remains. The apartment is light and airy with a balcony at the front overlooking the sea and a second balcony at the rear facing the olive-covered mountainside. It has one bedroom with twin beds and an open plan lounge with a sitting/sleeping area which can be curtained off for privacy. Kitchen is fitted with a hob and the large marble bathroom has a shower cubicle. It is very well equipped including a DVD player.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking, and the final payment is due 6 weeks before arrival If you live in the UK, please send payments by cheque. If you live outside the UK, we will send you a paypal request for payment, or you could use bank transfer.

We can negotiate cheaper rates for longer stays.
