Property is situated in Kargicak, a quieter area on the outskirts of the cosmopolitan resort of Alanya on the Turkish Riviera. Villa situated in small complex of 8 privately owned villas & shares the main pool with 2 villas. Property enjoys a sea view with stunning views of the Taurus mountains to the rear. Several shops, restaurants, excursion and car hire offices nearby for day to day needs. Local dolmus shuttle bus runs every 20 mins to the beach and Alanya centre (approx 50p) or the taxi rank is a five minute walk away.  
 
Landscaped garden to all sides of villa. Both the pool and garden are regularly maintained. Covered terrace on ground floor with access from lounge and kitchen. Large table, six chairs, parasol and four sun loungers with cushions. Gas barbeque with gas bottle, cover and tools. Large balcony to main bedroom and main landing with coffee table, 2 person settee & two chairs with cushions, large parasol and 2 sun loungers.Children welcome.Longer term rentals available.  
 
Villa is set in an ideal location benefiting from peaceful surrounds yet only 20mins from the lively centre of Alanya. A perfect location to relax and unwind. The area contains a number of amenities and opportunities for day trips by boat or inland to Cappadochia or the ruins at Side. The coast offers fantastic opportunity for water sports enthusiastics with a range of beach sports avaialble including scuba diving in the crystal clear Mediterranean or inland white water rafting. Trips are also possible to Cyprus with ferries leaving Alanya  
 
Villa has 24 hour manned gated security and assistance can be provided for car hire. Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged upon request. Owners are happy to provide as much assistance and advice to make your help as enjoyable as possible
