Luxury villa set within a beautiful olive grove. 3 bedrooms - 4 double beds plus roll-away 4 bathrooms. Large living area. Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. Air conditioning in all rooms. BEDROOM 1 - King size bed, en-suite shower room, terrace with chairs. BEDROOM 2 - huge room with two double beds, en-suite bathroom with overhead shower. Fantastic floor to ceiling window with amazing views. BEDROOM 3 - Top floor room with double bed, en-suite shower room plus enormous furnished terrace running full length of villa with magnificent views. DOWNSTAIRS - huge living room with fireplace, tv, dvd player, playstation, sofas and armchair, lots of cushions and throws. French doors lead out to pool terrace. Open plan kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, breakfast bar, very well equipped. Downstairs cloakroom with shower. OUTSIDE - dining terrace with table and chairs for 6. Small BBQ. Pool with surround terrace and six sun-beds. Hammock underneath olive and banana trees. Pretty gardens with palm trees, banana and a variety of others. Rockery with thyme and rosemary. Well lit path leads to door of villa. The market, held on a Thursday is a short stroll down the hill. While the lovely shops and fantastic restaurants of Kalkan are all within walking distance (plenty of taxis available if you wish).

Boat trips from the harbour. Watersports club will come out to your boat with doughnuts or banana for fun rides. There are two diving clubs for beginners to experienced. Horse riding on Patara beach, the longest beach in Europe, is fantastic, especially at sunset . There is now Paragliding. Kalkan itself does not have a nightclub but the bars in the upper end of town are lively and great fun, especially the one with the belly dancers, whereas the ones down by the harbour have music and dancing and are open till the wee small hours. There is also a nightclub opening accross the bay with a boat shuttle from the harbour.

Exceptional un-interrupted views of the sea, the mountains and the town, beautiful gardens, private pool plus a roof-top terrace. Sur Ev is completely private and not overlooked by anybody. Within walking distance of the town so no car necessary, but car hire can be arranged if required. Nearest supermarket is a 2min walk. It is literally a 5min walk to the town with its beautiful rooftop restaurants and fantastic shopping. Private transfers arranged plus trips to Saklikent Gorge, Fethiye (dont miss lunch at the fish market), Patara Beach, Islamlar trout farms, private boat trips (a must) etc, etc, there are too many to list. We have an English manager who will look after you plus a very friendly pool/maintenance man. A welcome pack awaits you on arrival. The villa is very well equipped plus we supply necessities such as tea, coffee, toilet rolls, salt + pepper, mosquito spray, washing powder and liquid etc.
