Brand new luxury villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and its own private pool. With stunning views over Kalkan bay it is the perfect place to unwind and relax in the sunshine. It has full air conditioning throughout with a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with ensuite, a full shower room downstairs and a full bathroom shared by the two bedrooms on the second floor. All the bedrooms share the same stunning views of Kalkan bay. The villa is in a superb position just 5 minutes from the nearest restaurants and shops and only 10 minutes from the heart of Kalkan old town and the beach. It has its own private pool (approx 7 metres x 5 metres and 1.75 metres deep), with large patio/sun terrace area and garden laid to lawn with shrubs and trees. It is fully equipped with a large outside table which seats 10 people, 10 plastic chairs, 8 sunbeds with mattresses and 4 sun umbrellas to shade you from the sun. There is a portable BBQ and to top it all a built in BBQ on the 2nd floor where you enjoy the sun setting over Kalkan bay. Now with FREE internet access for the workaholics or the kids who can’t stay away from MSN! The living area has a working open fireplace, just in case the evening gets chilly (very unlikely), a three seater sofa bed, a two seater sofa and two armchairs. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a dining table with eight chairs. There is a shower room on the ground floor comprising wc, basin and shower. Bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has a double bed, en suite bathroom with wc, basin and shower over a full-sized bath. Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has a double bed and en suite bathroom with wc, basin and shower over a full-sized bath. Bedroom 3 is on the second floor and is a beautiful large room equipped with a double bed, two single beds. Bedroom 4 is on the second floor with two single beds and Bedroom 3 & 4 share an adjacent bathroom comprising wc, basin and shower.

Kalkan is a small peaceful Mediterranean resort and fishing town on the beautiful Turquoise Coast of Turkey, which has not been touched by mass tourism. More sophisticated than the usual resort town, Kalkan appeals to travellers looking for more than a "sun and sea" holiday.

Because of its great charm, Kalkan has a growing number of perennial visitors who say the town is the only holiday destination they would choose to visit repeatedly. There is simply no other town quite like Kalkan along Turkey's coast. Kalkan has five very popular beach clubs (reached by shuttle from the harbour or taxi) - the Mahal, Kalamar, Likya, Patara and Yacht Club beach clubs. These are wonderful platform beaches and gardens cut into the bottom of the mountainside. They offer everything from swimming and sunbathing to bar facilities.

The location is between the Elite Hotel (now apartments) and the green school - very centrally located.

Low Season Price : £450 High Season Price : £900 per Week
Bookings are made direct with the owner. A non refundable deposit of £250 is required on booking with the balance payable 12 weeks prior to departure. A deposit of £250 to cover breakages is required with the final payment and will be returned within 14 days of the end of the hire period, assuming no problems. Payment Policy: All rates are in British Pounds. Cancellation Policy: In the event of you having to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:- More than 12 weeks prior to departure Deposit only Between 12 and 6 weeks prior to departure 50% of rental Less than 6 weeks prior to departure 100% of rental All cancellations must be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity. Should the owners find it necessary to cancel your holiday, the owners shall be liable only for money paid to them which will be refunded in full. Rules: No smoking, no pets, no single sex groups.
