On the ground floor is a Large open Kitchen/dining/living area with feature fireplace, together with a fully equipped modern Kitchen and air conditioning unit. Also a shower room with sink and WC. In the living area is a three seater settee which can be made into a large double bed. the whole villa is double glazed.

At the back of the Villa is a pretty garden terrace overlooking the bay of Kalkan with private swimming pool, and terrace with ample space for sunbathing together with a lovely shady weeping willow tree. Good quality wooden sun loungers are provided.

Kalkan - an unspoilt hideaway. This beautiful harbour town is set in breathtaking landscape overlooking the sea. It has a wonderful laid back atmosphere and conservation laws ensure that the old village retains its history, character and charm with winding cobbled streets, the many highly individual shops sell beautiful handmade carpets, fine silver and gold jewellery, ceramics, and antiques at prices you may find hard to resist. Also there are over 100 excellent restaurants to chose from!
Kalkan has many supermarkets (some offering a free delivery service) and has a large variety of shops, including chemists, Dentists and Doctors surgery. There are many banks and ATM machines, a Post office and shops offering money exchange at competitive rates.
