This beautiful villa is designed for comfortable modern living with all facilities and amenities for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in spectacular surroundings in a small exclusive gated complex with bar restaurant large swimming pool and private shuttle bus to the village five minutes away.
Accommodation consists of ;
Entrance hall with marble stairway to first and second floors.
Ground floor hallway with separate WC and access to open plan kitchen and lounge. Bright sunny well equipped granite topped kitchen with oven microwave dishwasher washing machine and large fridge/freezer opens onto pool terrace, with views of both mountains and sea.
Spacious lounge with modular sofa seating, 32" HD LCD TV with DVD and satellite connection giving a reasonable selection of English programmes including BBC news channel and children programmes including cartoon network A selection of DVDs is provided including some children's titles or bring your own (non Blu-ray).
Patio doors open onto large travertine terrace with 40Sq.m. area private pool and paddling pool. Plenty of sunbeds umbrellas pergola and seating for all including large feature marble dining table with eight wrought iron chairs and two carvers plus extra tables and chairs if required. Feature stone BBQ, and olive tree bar!
Two spacious bedrooms on ground floor both en suite one double with bath and access to patio and small garden, and one twin with en suite facilities and shower. Both with adequate furnished sitting areas.
First floor consists of a full width showcase master bedroom complex of ~100 Sq.m. with a wrought iron emperor size bed (210x200cms), two large covered sea facing balconies, one with wrought iron furniture and one with sunbeds , an en suite bathroom, a spacious sitting area with two sofas, including HD LCD satellite TV/ DVD player, as well as a large en suite children’s bedroom/nursery with two single beds, also suitable for two adults, with separate covered sea facing balcony.
Also on this floor is a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and seating area.
All bedlinen and towels are 5* quality for your comfort, with maid service weekly.
For larger parties there may be the possibility of renting the non resident owners exclusive roof terrace apartment in addition to the rest of the villa.
The roof terrace with pergola, sunloungers, and rattan suite is available to all guests even if you do not rent the roof apartment and is a very popular spot for "sundowners" with specatcular views of Kalkan, the mountains and bay at sunset.
The spacious roof apartment has lounge with 32" flatscreen HDTV with satellite and DVD , printer, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, oven, gas hobs, washing machine, dishwasher, extractor fan, etc. and a large en suite bedroom with emperor size bed.

Kalkan is an upmarket resort with a number of very good restaurants mostly with terraces and sea views. boat trips can be arranged in the harbour either day cruises or spectacular sunset cruises with dinner. Shops selling good quality carpets leather goods and antiques as well as souvenir shops.
Kalkan has a weekly market selling pretty well everything where you can try out your bargaining skills
