On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms (one twin bedded and one double bed) with own bathrooms, and on the ground floor an open kitchen, living room and bathroom (also extra 5th bed downstairs). The villa has all necessary facilities (TV/DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, stereo, aircon), balcony for bedrooms, large roof terrace and private swimming pool.

    • The villa is located 800 meters from the centre of exotic Kalkan village, an idyllic fishing village with a charming marina where modern yachts mix with traditional fishing boats and gullets in a postcard pretty setting,where peace and tranquility are guaranteed. The cobbled streets have that special ambience of old world charm and retain their lovely, traditional Turkish character.

There are supermarkets (offering delivery service), butchers, bakers etc. Activities in the area include mountain walks, diving, boat trips, fishing, scuba diving, canoeing, tandem paragliding and white water rafting, which can all be booked at the Harbour. Kalkan is also an ideal destination from which to explore the surrounding famous archaeological sites,like the Lycian ruins at Patara,Letoon and Xantos.
