In a commanding position with stunning sea view and overlooking picturesque Kalkan town. Villa Kahili was built to an exacting standard, with substantial room sizes, simply but beautifully furnished and air-conditioned throughout. The villa is situated in landscaped private gardens, with a large sun terrace and infinity pool.

Villa Kahili is the ideal holiday choice, equipped to a high standard, spectacular views from all rooms, in a quiet location and yet only 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

ACCOMMODATION: SLEEPS SIX

Emperor sized master bedroom with balcony, en-suite whirlpool bathroom with double basin vanity unit.

Twin bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom.

Large double bedroom with patio door to terrace and adjoining bathroom.

All bedrooms have handmade furniture with plenty of storage including a large wardrobe, dressing table and mirror.

Ground floor: spacious lounge has patio doors which lead directly to the pool and terrace. The kitchen has marble worktops and breakfast bar with dishwasher, extra large fridge/freezer and full sized oven and hob.

Marble and tiled floors throughout with mosquito nets on the windows.

Outdoors: The pool terrace has six sun beds and three extra large parasols. Outside dining under a shaded pergola set in a mature garden with Banana, Jacaranda and Palm trees. A large roof terrace with dining table and chairs. Garden and pool lights for entertaining and swimming in the evening.

Views of the bay are magnificent from the pool, even from the comfort of your sun bed. The villa is furnished and maintained at a high standard with everything you need to make your holiday a relaxing and memorable experience.

What service you may expect:

We include a welcome pack and full support of professional staff who are always available. The linen and towels are changed and the villa is cleaned twice weekly. The pool and patio areas are cleaned daily. We supply all bed linen but ask guests to bring their own beach/pool towels.

How to get to the Villa

Flights to Dalaman are from most UK airports. The journey to the villa is a pleasant scenic drive and takes about 1hr 35mins. We can arrange transfers and car hire at competitive rates.

Conditions

Smoking is not allowed in the villa. A deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking. A refundable security/breakage deposit of £150 is payable with the balance. Monday is the preferred changeover day, but we can be flexible.
