VILLA TURKUAZ is a superb modern holiday villa with the very finest sea and mountain views in Kalkan. The villa offers unobstructed panoramic views over Kalkan Bay and the Taurus Mountains. The villa makes a great holiday base ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a truly magnificent setting.

The villa is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. All of the bedrooms offer lovely sea and mountain views. The villa is south facing ensuring that the private swimming pool,roof and pool terraces all have abundant sunshine throughout the day. Its elevated position ensures a gentle warm sea breeze (called the "Meltem") that arrives just when you need it!

KALKAN has a wonderful laid back atmosphere and the old village retains its history, character and charm. Winding cobbled streets, colourful local shops, bars and excellent restaurants all combine with stunning views over the Mediterranean. Kalkan has a beautiful pebble beach and there are also two other superb sandy beaches close by at Patara and Kaputas. Patara is strictly protected from development and has been consistently voted as being amongst the best beaches in the world!

FLIGHTS - Flights to Dalaman are available from all major UK airports and reasonably priced tickets can be booked over the Internet.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS - We can arrange return transfers to and from Dalaman airport. The cost is £110.00 for up to 3 people and £130.00 for 4 to 6 people. Payment is made to the local management agent in Kalkan. The transfer is relaxing and scenic and takes approximately 90 minutes. All transfer vehicles are air conditioned.

CAR HIRE - There are several car hire firms in Kalkan with prices starting at around £25.00 per day. Our local agent will be able to advise you. If you are travelling from Dalaman by hire car we can provide directions to Kalkan and the villa.

*The villa is cleaned weekly with linen and towel change (own beach & pool towels required). * Friendly local English speaking agent is readily available for help and advice. * Pool cleaned daily. * Electricity supply is 220 volts AC. Some two-pin adaptors provided. * A car is not essential as a Dolmus (local bus) can be caught close by. *A safe deposit box is provided.

*The swimming pool is approx 6m X 3m and is 1.7m deep with no shallow end. * Quality wooden sun loungers,covers and parasolls provided. *Picnic bench *Private garden terrace with trees, roses and flowering shrubs. *Private parking space.

High Season Price : £650 per Week

*Only two of you? Deduct £50 per week from above prices (19 July-31 August excluded).

*A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required in order to secure a reservation. The balance is payable no later than one month before departure. We reserve the right to re-advertise your dates if we do not receive the final payment by the due date.

*Payment can be made by sterling cheque or bank transfer.

*Once your booking is confirmed we will send you an information fact sheet and local maps of Kalkan and the villa location.

*You will need to arrange your own flights and holiday insurance.
