Vacation Rental Description
Villa Teramare is ideally located in Kalamar Bay, with easy access to Beach Clubs and walking distance from amenities and Kalkan Town Centre. With unobstructed panoramic SEA VIEWS over the Bay and mountains, the Villa is positioned on a quiet, no through road and provides a peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday. The Villa has been built to a very high specification and has a large infinity pool with steps for easy access and a shallow end, ideal for sitting with your cocktail and enjoying the unobstructed sea views of Kalamar Bay, Islands and the mountains. The Villa has landscaped gardens and barbecue area with tables, sun loungers and umbrellas, where you can sunbathe, relax and entertain. The pool area facilities include WiFi, cool water dispenser and outside shower.
In addition to the main villa with its four bedrooms, there is a lower garden Floor apartment Annex. This is a large, self contained one bedroom apartment with twin beds.It has its own fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob & oven. There is an open plan lounge with 2 double sofa beds,plus a large family bathroom with shower and wc.Both bedroom and lounge have large patio doors opening onto a patio/ terrace garden with fantastic sea view. Natural stone table and chairs provided on the terrace.
Annex is only available for groups of 8 or more people
There is a roof turret which has been converted to an Ottoman Room, with seating area, ideal for relaxing, playing games, smoking shisha, leading to the roof terrace.
The Roof Terrace is a large open space with Pergola & comfortable seating. Great for sun downers and dining, with fantastic unobstructed views of Kalamar Bay and mountains.
The Villa is situated 150 meters from the beach, restaurants and facilities and only a 15 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive into Kalkan town centre.
Facilities
Further details outdoors: The large pool and terrace areas with their travertine flooring and walls covered with local stone have a rustic charm all of their own. Plenty of sun loungers provided. The ample communal areas, afford one plenty of space for relaxation and privacy as well as opportunities for socialising and entertaining if you so wish.
Activities
Due to its excellent climate, rich history and beautiful Lycian coastline, Kalkan has something to offer for everyone whether it be feasting, drinking, dancing, shopping, sunbathing, sailing, or sightseeing - day or night. All along the harbour are roomy restaurants and bars from where you can survey the unique wooden gullets returning from their day's voyage. The centre of the harbour is the focal point in Kalkan and the bazaar area is a maze of narrow, winding streets brimming with shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.
The region also contains many great sites of antiquity, including the ancient sites of Xantos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos and Patare are all close by, with Kekova, Demre, Myra, Phaselis, Olympos and Aspendos slightly further afield but all easily accessible.
Kalamar Bay is only 15 minutes walk from Kalkan and 150m from the best beach clubs in the area with unrestricted sea views of the Bay and the mountains.

A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. The remainder of the balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable fee of £350 for breakages/damages, other then normal wear and tear is required with your final payment. This will be returned to you within two weeks of your return following a satisfactory inventory check by our representative. Special discounts for stays of two weeks or more - please contact us directly for rates. Payment can be made by cheque or PAYPAL using a credit or debit card
