Lovely apartment in Kalamar bay, Kalkan, this apartment offers an excellent base for scuba divers and those seeking a good value get away. With gorgeous views of the sea and nearby islands. 
 
The apartment is part of a block of 9 with large shared patio and pool outside front and small terraced garden outside back. The apartment is on two storeys, the ground floor has the main bedroom and separate shower and toilet room. Below the stairs is a storage area. Upstairs the Kitchen/sitting room and balcony with fantastic sea views across the bay and to the nearby islands. 
 
Facilities. 
Air conditioning, CD/Radio/cassette player, Some fiction and non-fiction books, simply decorated, crockery, cutlery pots and pans etc., Outdoor dining table and chairs, Washing machine line and pegs, Iron and board. 
 
Locality. 
Situated on the coast with the Taurus mountains in background, Kalkan is a year round resort for expatriots and a summer playground for British, Europeans and Turks alike. The nearby town of Kas makes an excellent half day visit and in the summer has an annual arts festival, with jazz concerts in the Roman ampitheatre. The Mamara scuba festival is also held in Kas at the beginning of the year. 
 
Activities. 
Kalkan is a fishing Village/ Town with bags of charm, unspoilt by mass package tourism, with a sedate night life, bars and excellent restaurants to suit all tastes, but no night clubs or discos. Tours are available both boat and jeep safari type, walking along the Lycian way. Adventure sports Mountain biking, climbing, Parascending, Horse trekking. Sea sports like Scuba diving, Sailing, Kayaking, Fishing, Water ski-ing, and bannana boating.
