Villa Dolluca is ideally situated within easy reach of the region's many historical sites and areas of natural beauty as well as Kalkan's wonderful array of quality restaurants.

The villa can accommodate between 4 - 6 guests and is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail - the owners use the villa as their winter house and therefore, it's very much a 'home from home'.

GROUND FLOOR:

Open-plan living area, with two single-sized sofa/day beds, CD player and satellite TV with DVD player. Open-plan dining area with glass-topped table seating up to 6 people. Open-plan kitchen with marble worktop, gas cooker & hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, iron & ironing-board. WC. Doors out to pool and terrace area - views over Kalkan village and harbour. Spiral staircase to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR:

Two double bedrooms, each with terrace style balcony and stunning views. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and ample wardrobe/storage space. A hairdryer is provided in the master bedroom. This bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room and there is a second bath/shower room close to the second bedroom. It is possible to have an extra bed in either or both bedrooms (suitable for children) if required.

OUTDOORS:

Villa Dolluca has its own large freshwater pool and extensive terrace areas with tables & chairs / covered pergola / stone barbeque / deck chairs / sunbeds & parasols. The pool terrace is an ideal place for relaxation during the day as well as a pre-dinner drink before heading off to town. We can honestly say that the view from the terrace is probably one of the best in Kalkan and one you'll not likely to tire of!

The villa itself is located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. A car would be useful for some of the time as it is an approximate 20-30 minute walk to the village centre. Having a car is not absolutely essential as an excellent taxi service operates from the village and you can call a taxi to the villa at any time, by using the pre-programmed telephone number in the mobile phone provided. In addition, there is a Dolmus service (local bus) that runs past the villa every hour into the village centre and back - this is a very cheap way of getting into town (about 40p each way)!

Please note that towels for the poolside and the beach are not provided so you will need to bring these with you!

The villa is in an elevated position (hence the great views) and is accessed by a number of descending steps - this may present problems for very small children or people with walking difficulties. Also, access to the first floor of the villa is via a spiral staircase which again may not be suitable for very small children or the disabled.

Prices shown are based on 4 guests. An additional £40 per additional person per week is chargeable if your party is larger than this (maximum of 6 guests). A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We also ask for a £250 damage deposit which will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of your arrival home provided there has been no major damage to the villa or its contents during your stay (other than normal wear & tear).
