Villa Mandalina is a large villa situated on a large private plot with spacious garden. It has a private swimming pool and a large garden terrace furnished with sunbeds and large parasols. There is also a Turkish style gazeebo, providing shade and also another marble table and BBQ for al fresco dining. The garden area is very large and consists of a terraced area and flower beds, with bright flowers and shrubs.

Inside there is a large open plan lounge, with open fire place and large sofas. There is a television with dvd, cd/radio and a supply of books and local information.
The kitchen area is furnished with dishwasher, washing machine and all your neccessary applicances and crockery. A shower room and single bedroom are also on this level.
Leading up the marble staircase, you will find the master bedroom with kingsize bed and balcony, a bathroom and twin bedded room, again with balcony. The large gallery landing has again the most wonderful views across the bay here. Up to the second floor a further bathroom, a double room and twin bedded room. All the bedrooms are light, airy and spacious.

The large roof terrace is furnished with a luxury sofa and chairs, whereby you can enjoy drinks whilst you enjoy the wonderful sunsets and view across the bay.

The villa is South facing and enjoys sunshine all day long into the evening, until sunset. All rooms have views across the bay and garden area and are totally private. The villa is air-conditioned and fans are also provided.

Villa Mandalina, is very spacious and can easily accommodate two families, whilst still offering space and privacy for all. It is very welcoming and is within easy access of Kalkan town, the beaches at Kaputas and Patara and all other sights and amenities that this fantastic area has to offer.

Kalkan has much to offer for a wonderful holiday. As well as the wonderful beaches, there is a dive school available. Fishing, boat trips etc as well as a selection of beach clubs, accessed by a free boat trip from the harbour. Patara is a world heritage sight, 18km of golden sand and also the ruins of Patara itself. Horse riding is available here and also canoeing.
