Lemon Tree, Paradise is a villa set in gardens with pool and patios with spectacular views and - a flexible combination of accommodation. The first two floors have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with downstairs toilet and the owner's accommodation above has an additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main villa can be rented for 6 to 8 guests or combined with the upper apartment for larger parties of up to 12. 
All rooms have air conditioning and double glazed windows. The kitchens are fully fitted with granite work surfaces, washing machine, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob plus all the pans, plates, cutlery and glasses needed for self catering. The living areas have comfortable seating and dining areas, the large balcony on the owner's upper apartment makes an amazing outdoor dining area. There are two double bedrooms in the main villa (one with en suite bathroom)and one twin bedded room and a double bedroom with en suite facilities and a twin bedded room in the upstairs apartment. The pool is situated in mature gardens and there are sun beds and umbrellas around the poolside.

Situated on the hillside overlooking Kalkan bay, Lemon Tree has spectacular uninterrupted views of the whole of Kalkan Bay and neighbouring villages - and the sunsets are amazing! Peaceful and benefiting from cooling breezes in the heat of the afternoon, the setting is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Kalkan itself is a bustling town in the evening and we run a free shuttle service to and from the villa throughout the day and evening when guests want to sample the delights of the many restaurants and sophisticated shops in Kalkan. There is also a restaurant next door which serves meals and snacks day and evening, either in the restaurant or delivered to your poolside or villa. What we aim to do for our guests is to give them the independence of well equipped accommodation with staff available 24 hours to provide help and information, arrange tours or to help in any way our guests may want. Our staff are friendly and English and German are spoken as well as Turkish of course. The villa is cleaned and linen changed regularly and pool towels are included. 
We can also arrange car hire and discounted airport transfers if required.

We have a family run restaurant next door where meals and snacks are served throughout the day. Shold you become so relaxed that you don't want to move, our staff will deliver your food and drinks to your poolside or villa. When you feel the need to venture further, our free shuttle bus takes guests to and from Kalkan throughout the day and evening. We can also provide tours and excursions around this beautiful coastline of Turkey whether it be archaeology, water sports and horse riding or the stressfree day at sea for the less energetic. Car rental and airport transfers are offered to our guests at a discount if booked before arrival.

This Lycian area of Turkey is rich in history with sites dating back to 2BC. There are many famous historical sites close by and visits to these can be combined with visits to Saklikent Gorge or the famous 18km Patara Beach. The dedıcated shoppers amongst you have the attraction of the local market on Thursdays or the larger Fethıye market on Wednesdays. A trip to the latter can be combıned with a visit to Kayakoy, a deserted town whıch is the town used for the fictional town ın Louıs de Berniere's novel "A Bird Without Wings" based on this area in the last century. A flavour of old Turkey can also be experienced by visitıng the mountain village of Berzıgan just 20 minutes away, a step back in time with a warm welcome assured, coupled with lunch or dinner at one of the trout farm restaurants in the hills at Islamlar - amazingly tasty and inexpensive food with an stunning view over Kalkan Bay and Patara.

The prices quoted are for the three bedroom Villa. Guests wishing to rent the additional owner's accommodation above, should add 250 GBP per week for the dates required. 200 GBP deposit is required on confirmation of booking, the balance paid on arrival in sterling or lira or by credit card (a 3% surcharge applies)
