You’re looking across the bay from the roof terrace of Villa Bellarossa in Kisla towards Kalkan with its beautiful little harbour surrounded by a superb choice of friendly restaurants. Villa Bellarossa is a seriously large villa providing sleeping accommodation for 8 to 12 people. It’s got a private floodlit pool with a barbecue on the ground floor patio plus another one up top on the large panoramic roof terrace with spectacular views across Kalkan bay. 
 
4 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 with Jacuzzi. All bedrooms are ensuite with balconies. 5th bathroom for ground floor living area which is equipped with 2 double sofa beds. Fully air-conditioned throughout. Private floodlit pool with ground floor patio and barbecue. Second barbecue on large panoramic roof terrace with spectacular views across Kalkan bay. This is an extremely spacious villa providing superb accommodation for 2 families, just 200 metres from the sea.

Of course it’s got a private pool which provides a quiet shaded area in the morning for breakfast complete with a BBQ. All rooms are air conditioned and there’s a fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 2 with 2 singles, all with balconies, wardrobes, dressing tables and ensuites.1 also has a Jacuzzi. Lounge 2 sofa beds, dining table with 8 chairs, TV (with satellite connection) with DVD player and hi-fi, and there’s another bathroom on the same floor.. Kitchen Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave with beautiful fully fitted locally made maple style units. There’s another small kitchen up on the sun terrace with a sink and a fridge. Pool and Sun Terrace There are plenty of sun beds and patio furniture, umbrellas and so forth and a BBQ top and bottom. There’s lighting all around the villa so you can enjoy your evening meal chatting with friends while the moon works its way across the bay.

There are plenty of tour companies that will organise tours to all the excursions I’ve listed below: 
Excursions 
The best one is to charter one of the boats from Kalkan harbour exclusively for your party and they’ll take you out for a whole day going round the local bays with plenty of stops for swimming, you can fish from the side of the boat. Lunch and refreshments are provided too - look out for turtles and flying fish.

				High Season Price:	£850 per Week

Prices include the villa rental only and are quoted per week. All transactions will be in UK Pounds Sterling. 15% discount for the third week of any booking - rental fee only. No discounts are available for July or August. Winter Special - 1 November 2007 - 29 February 2008, £150 per week, minimum 4 week continuous booking, no pool, no weekly maid service.
