Self Catering apartment set in the fabulous Patara Prince Resort, Kalkan. The resort combines sophistication with warm mediterranean hospitality. It provides privacy and seclusion, yet is is only a few minutes from the centre of Kalkan. The apartment is set amid lush tropical gardens, nestled in a unique hillside setting down to the sea. 
The apartment has one bedroom ,but will sleep a family of four. The apartment is located in a quiet area with stunning views. All linen is provided,and the apartment is cleaned twice a week. All guests are entitled to 25% discount on all food and drink at the resort,and use of all facilties. A full reception service is provided. A free shuttle bus service will ferry you around the resort,and there is direct access to the sea. Transfer can be arranged by the owner if required. A full list of reviews can been seen on web site.

    • The apartment, is close to the affinity pool, with a paddling pool for tots.Also nearby are tennis courts and mini market. The resort boasts of four swimming pools in total,It has direct access to the sea with private bathing platforms.Diving lessons are availble from PADI instuctors, and the are many other watersports to choose from. For the energetic there is a gym, volley ball, and a pool table.The resort has various restaurants,from a la carte, to themed buffets and the best breakfast in town!

    • Patara Prince resort has direct access to the sea with private bathing platform,also there are four shared swiming pools in total.The resort has it's own gym, sauna, massage facilities and turkish bath.At Patara beach there are horse riding facilities and excursions can be booked for rafting at Saklikent gorge, and kayaking on Xanthos river. Boat trip excursions can include exploring sunken cities in a glass bottom boat. There are infinite archaeological cites to explore. A full info pack is forwarded to guests on recommended excursions and restaurants.

    Bookings can be made by completing the online booking form at Rentalsystems .com or directly at www.kalkandelight.co.uk Payment; In order to confirm your stay a deposit of 25% of the full payment( or full payment if booking within 56 days of departure)must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out below. The balance of your cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 56 days prior to departure(or at the time of booking has passed).This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice. If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out in clause 6 will be payable.
