Bellamina is a top quality spacious one bedroom apartment situated in the prestigious stone built Emir Apartments, a select development of only 19 units. Newly built in 2006 to a very high standard within the building of the former Mina Hotel a very popular Tapestry Holiday Boutique Hotel.
There are two large freshwater swimming pools surrounded by spacious sun terraces with comfortable sun beds and parasols for the sole use of guests. The enclosed grounds feature private landscaped gardens with many attractive flowering plants and shrubs. Also 'Bellamina' enjoys a small front balcony looking out Kalkan Bay and the sea. The apartment also has its own private sun terrace with two comfortable sun beds and a large parasol.
Emir Apartments are in a superb location within the edge of the town, peaceful and quiet, yet only a few minutes walk into Kalkan Old Town Centre with its lovely old buildings, many quaint little shops and wonderful restaurants.
The apartment is spacious with high ceilings it has full air conditioning and antique marble flooring throughout. All opening windows have insect protection mesh screens.It is furnished to a very high standard with new hand built traditional wrought iron and natural wood furniture.It is fully equiped for all your holiday needs and tastefully decorated. In the lounge area there is a comfortable matching armchair and a three seater setee which converts to a single bed. It enjoys a LCD flat screen TV with satelite reception providing a selection of English programmes.There is a coffee table, an occasional table with table lamp,and a standard light.
The well equiped kitchen area has ample matching wall and base units with granite work tops. The modern appliances include a gas hob with extractor fan, stainless steel oven, washing machine, microwave, a larder fridge with ice compartment, electric kettle, toaster and a full range of good quality cooking utensils, crockery and glassware.
An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The large airconditioned bedroom is bright and airy with two windows. It is beautifully furnished with king sized double bed with bedside tables and table lamps. There is a large triple wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, plus drawers, shelves and a full length mirror. Also a dressing table with a lighted Revlon make up mirror and a stool, and a wall mirror with light over. In the bedroom there is also a book case with a choice of paperbacks and a quality CD player with a selection of CD's, please bring your own favourites.
The fully tiled shower room is spacious with a cubicle enclosed power shower, WC, and a washbasin with wall mirror and wall light. Also a bathroom storage cupboard housing iron, ironing board, clothes airer etc.
Throughout the apartment all opening windows have insect protection mesh screens.

Kalkan is approx. 1 hour 30 min. drive from Dalaman Airport.

If required we will arrange transfer from the airport to the apartment by private taxi. The cost would be £50 each way payable locally in Kalkan.

The town centre, beach and harbour and all facilities are all within a short walk of the apartment. A car is not therefore not necessary.

All day boat trips are available daily from the harbour, these usually inlude lunch and several stops for swimming in the bays along this attractive coast line.

There are also many local sight seeing trips to various historical sites which can be arranged locally in Kalkan.

The management couple who live on site will be there to welcome you,whatever time night or day that you arrive they will give you the keys and show you to the apartment. They will also be on hand throughout your holiday to give you any help or advice you may need.
The apartment will be given a complete clean prior to arrival and twice weekly onwards,the rubbish and waste bins will be emptied daily. In addition to the full weekly and mid week clean, the bed linen and towels are also changed twice weekly.

A small complementary hamper and bottle of wine will be awaiting you on arrival. There are two excellent mini market shops nearby.

A full set of good quality bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Non refundable deposit of 25% of the rental required to confirm a reservation. Balance of rental due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Payments by cheque or Bank Transfer.

We do not take a security deposit, but as this our personal holiday home in Kalkan we ask you treat the apartment with respect.
