The property is located midway between Kadriye & Belek on the Meditterranean coast,approximately 35mins from Antalya airport.Fairways Villa lies in the heart of Turkey's fantastic golfing region.There are 13 superb golf courses within a few minutes drive,including the new Faldo & Montgomery designed courses.There is also the revamped Kadriye beach,with its bars restaurants,go karting,paint balling,etc.;only 5mins drive from the villa.Belek beach also has bars & restaurants & is about 7 mins drive.All this with the stunning backdrop of the Taurus Mountains.
The villa itself is semi-detached;comprising a spacious lounge with seating for 8.There is satelite TV with English & Turkish Channels.There is a ground-floor showre/WC.The kitchen is compact but smart,& has all the usual facilities.There are 2 twin bedrooms on the first floor,both have access to the balcony;ideal for that morning cup of tea or an evening nightcap.The bedrooms are either side of the bathroom/laundry-room.The third & largest bedroom is on the top floor.It is also a twin room & has its own balcony & en-suite shower/WC.The lounge sofas convirt to beds if there are 8 people.
Outside you have ample space to lounge around your private swimming pool.There is a large outdoor table & chairs,as you will probably have all your meals outside in the warmer months.There are smaller tables & chairs,& also lounger tables for your drinks or bits .A gas BBQ is available if you fancy some alfresco cooking.The patio area is designed to give adequate shade when you need it,but there is plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing.Ther is a pretty garden which is gravelled for ease of maintenance.

The villa has most of the things you need for a self catering holiday.There is a small shop about 2mins walk from the villa which sells most of your basics;milk,bread,sugar,water,beer,etc.You can also sit there & have a beer or an ice cream.It is also Wi Fi enabled. About 5mins walk is a mini market which sells a wider variety of goods.There is a large supermarket in Kadriye(Gempa),& a very large one in Serik(Kardessler). Kadriye has numerous shops for clothes,souvenirs,jewellery,chemists,money changing etc,as well as some good restaurants.Bar Bekkar is a Brit-pub only 5mins walk from the villa.The food is very good & reasonably priced.No need to worry about who's drinking & who's driving. Antalya is well worth a visit for shopping & sightseeing,but suggest you get the bus in as its far less stressful.Nearby Serik is less touristy but good for food shopping,footwear,etc. THe historic town of Side is only 40mins drive away.

Golf is the major activity in the area,but there are all the usual beach activities.Boat trips & adventure trips can be booked in Kadriye & Belek.The latest nightclub is at Kadriye beach.Tennis & horse riding are available at the beach as well.
