Welcome, Villa Vendi has been designed for all the comforts of a luxury holiday away from home. You'll find large patios, terraces, and balconies all throughout the exterior with a 70m2 private swimming pool, outdoor BBQ, covered gazebo, and a private car park, all within the gated property. In addition to these luxuries a spacious living room is there for your relaxation with satellite TV, 4 double bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, two of the bedrooms are en suite, a dining hall and separate fully fitted kitchen. Air conditioning fitted throughout the villa. 
 
Villa Vendi, stands in its own grounds, a very spacious villa designed by the owners and built by a local architect, covering three floors, two of the bedrooms are en suite, with two further bathrooms on the ground level, and the second level, (family bathroom) water is solar heated with a backup, heating system installed in the water tank, the electric shower units can also give hot water. 
 
Air Conditioning, is provided by six split units, one in each bedroom, and one in the kitchen the other in the lounge. 
 
All windows have security shutters built in. 
with its lighting is the main attraction in the garden, with ample sun loungers for all to relax, patio table and chairs add to the outdoor living, with the built in BBQ, and seating type gazebo adding to the entertainment and relaxing atmosphere, at the end of the garden. Outside the villa and perimeter, walled lighting adds to the holiday experience. The garden has its own irrigation/watering system, the outside lighting can be programmed to come on and off on request. 
 
A terrace runs all the way round the ground level of the villa, and each of the bedrooms has balconies, two of which have two balconies. Both the kitchen and lounge open up onto a large patio overlooking the pool.

Kaprulu Canyon is a must see, following the scenic route, the twisting road crisscrosses over mountain streams, and passes through virgin forests it is often a slow as the view at every turn is more beautiful than the last.

    Number of persons to be limited to 8 A returnable security deposit of British Pounds 150 will be required to cover damages to the villa, loss of keys, remote controls, breakages etc. A 25% deposit of the total amount will be due within 7 days of booking to confirm reservation. The balance will be due 14 days prior to commencement of your holiday. The price as stated is for 6 persons,a levy will be charged for each additional person. The owners representative to be notified immediately of any damages to the villa and/or its contents during your stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa as a condition of rental. Guests may smoke outside, in the garden area, please do not leave cigarette ends 0n the grass. Villa keys, arrangements will be made for receiving and returning. Villa to be left in the state you would expect to find it, all laundry to be collected and left in a bundle, ready to be collected.
