The house is a semidetected three-storied house 2 Km from Avsallar City, which is 25 km. west of Alanya. 
 
We have 1 Km. to one of the best sandy beaches in the area. Behind the house we have a big nature-area with small roads.  
 
Avsallar is 100 km from Antalya airport and it´s easy to come from there. With the very good road it will by car take 1,5 hour. 
 
The area and the resort has many shops and restaurants. 
 
There are pleasant green areas and forests with lovely picnic areas where you can enjoy nature at its best. Alara River is nearby and on the banks of the river is one of Turkey’s best preserved castles, Alarahan dating from the 13th century. 
 
The climate is very comfortable in this region. In summer about 27 degrees, in winter 14 degrees. The sun is shining 33o days in the year. 
 
Avsallar has 10.000 inhabitants. 10 % of these are from Europe. It´s a fishing village and a tourist village too. 
 
The surroundings have much original nature. Beautyful beaches, and the blue see is a must. Small nice cafes and restaurants, small and big markets give a lot of possibilities to do a good and cheap shopping . 
 
The transport to e.g. Alanya is very good and easy from Avsallar. The cheap small Dolmus-busses and the coaches are going from 6 am to 12 pm. Price 3 YTL (1½ Euro) 
 
Avsallar is situated by the coast of the Mediterranean. 30 km. north from the city, you have the over 3000 meter high Taurus mountains. If you take the car you will reach the area in the high of 2000-2800 meter after 40-60 km driving. 
 
The Mediterranean is good for bathing from May to November.  
 
You have possibility to get around with ships, paragliding, waterskiing and be a participant in a diver course.

A big new Dolphin Park is opened 2008 and is situated 2 km. east of Avsallar City against Alanya. 
 
Waterplanet is a waterland which is a very big area with all kinds of waterfun. It´s situated about 10 km. west from the house.
