Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people. There is a supplement of £25 per week if your party consists of more than 4 people.

Changeover day
Usually Sunday/Monday but can be flexible to suit wherever possible.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed, double mirrored wardrobe and dressing table with en-suite shower room and access to rear balcony area.
Bedroom 2 with either 2 twin beds or one 6ft double bed and large mirrored wardrobe.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with en-suite to master bedroom with built-in shower.
Bathroom 2 with bath and shower.
Kitchen: Gas/electric hob, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and a large range of kitchen utensils and crockery.
Living Rooms: Living rooms with open plan lounge/kitchen with satellite TV and CD/DVD player. Modern sofa bed with 2 matching chairs and coffee table.
Other: Dining area with dining table and chairs opens out onto front balcony or pool area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. Property is cleaned initially prior to arrival and cleaned weekly. A mid week clean can be carried out at an additional cost of £20.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning in bedroom 1 and living area. No smoking in the apartment but fine outside. Property has a coded safe in bedroom 1 for that extra peace of mind. Hairdryer is provided in bedroom one. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival and local supermarkets will deliver free of charge if required. A travel cot is also provided.

Coast/Beach
Kalkan has a small beach approx 12 mins walk from the apartment where you can hire loungers, parasols and pedaloes. 10 mins walk to Kalamar Beach who also provide a free return taxi service. A small free boat service can take you to other beach clubs in the area. These clubs offer a wide variety of water sports. The gorgeous Patarra Beach (where turtles come to lay their eggs) is 17km long and is a 20 min bus ride from Kalkan.

Travel
Dalaman airport is about 2 hours from Kalkan but will lessen when a new road is completed and we can arrange transfers if requested. For those who really want to travel around to see the many sites, car hire can be organised with prices starting around £25 per day.

Distances
Few mins walk to the nearest shop. There are many attractions and ancient sites within easy travelling distances from Kalkan that you may wish to visit and trips can be arranged. Kas is the nearest large town and can be reached by cheap local buses. Approx 1 hour drive to the harbour town of Fethiye with access to Olu Deniz where you can enjoy the beautiful lagoon or the more adventurous can also paraglide off the top of the mountain and land on the beach below... highly recommended!

Further details
Kalkan has not been spoilt by mass tourism. It is full of wonderful restaurants with roof terraces offering a wide range of menus from traditional Turkish to the very best of European cuisine. It has beautiful cobbled streets with quality shops offering a wide variety of goods. As well as the numerous historical sites to visit there are also boat trips to the sunken city of Kekova. There is a weekly Thursday market where you can haggle for many bargains.

There is a non refundable £100 deposit on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday as well as a £100 refundable breakage/damage deposit returnable immediately on arrival back from your holiday after the apartment has been checked by us
