The Villa is detached and on a complex of 9 villa's. It has it's own 8 x 4 meter private pool. It is very private and relaxing. It has 24 hour security. It consist's of 1 large bedroom with double bed and a second large bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a bed settee in the living area, so can accomodate up to 6 guests. 
The main town of Mahmutlar is a 5 minute drive away and Alanya is roughly 15 minutes away.  
Car hire is advisable, although it is a pleasant walk to the townn as its down hill, but coming back is tiring, especially in the temperature that they get. 
There is a weekly market held in Mahmutlar on a Saturday where you can get all of your fresh veg and supplies.

    • The villa is cleaned before your arrival and fresh linen fitted to all the beds and towels provided. There is also 4 sun loungers provided

    • Alanya centre is only a 15-20 minute drive away. There you will find plenty of restaurants to suit everyones taste as well as ample bars providing entertainment for all of the family. 
    Car hire can be arranged for you.
