Utopia lies on the edge of the Taurus Mountains offering panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea, Mountains and Alanya Castle.
Our villa offers large, family sized accomodation consisting of 1 double bedroom with large terrace and en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms with balconies and en-suite shower rooms, a large living/dining room, kitchen, utility area and 2 large ground floor balconies.
The complex boasts a large shared pool for your use. It has a large outdoor area complete with waterslide and sun terraces aswell as a covered area for summer shade.
There is a snack bar which offers a selection of afternoon snacks and a small shop for added extras.
The complex offers an onsite gym, tennis court, basketball nets, table tennis and snooker/pool tables for your use.
Utopia is a self catering complex offering you the freedom to choose your mealtimes. The local bus service can take you into Alanya centrum for a wide and varied choice of bars and restaurants. Walk down to the main road and hail a bus which says 'bazaar' on the front.

We can organise airport transfers for you at an additional cost. If you require this service we will inform you of the charge according to your party size.

Alanya centre is the hub of activity and is only a 10 minute bus ride away. With its plentiful supply of retaurants catering for all tastes and many bars it provides entertainment for all the family. The shopping bazaars offer you the chance to discover your haggling technique. There are regular bus services in and out of Alanya so a car is not always necessary.
There are plenty of excursion centres where you can organise activities to suit you and your family.
There are 2 main beaches in Alanya, Green Beach and Kleopatra beach. Both are beautiful with activities available, for example watersports and beach volleyball. Boat trips are available from Alanya Harbour.
The villa complex has a seperate area of the beach reserved and there is a free minibus service available.

2. Contact us with your dates and pay a £100 non-returnable deposit (conditions apply)
3. Book your flights to Antalya Airport.
4. Tell us your flight details so that we can organise your airport transfers
5. Pay the full total of your holiday (No less than 6 weeks prior to travel - exceptions may apply)
6. A returnable breakages deposit of £200 is required (conditions apply)
7. Ensure you have a valid passport and £10 for your Turkish Visa.
