Bendis&Artemis Flats are centrally located 1 bedroom apartments. They are just 10 seconds away from famous Istiklal Avenue and 1 minute away from Taksim Square. 
 
We totally have 9 serviced apartments in the same building. They are multiple apartments, totally have same shape, size, quality. Only difference: Bendis Flats look to the front side of the building, Artemis Flats look to the back side of the building. Bendis Flats have two single beds in bedroom (possibily to arrange double bed upon request) and Artemis Flats have a double bed in the bedroom. 
 
There is a double sofa bed (comfortable&big one) in the living rooms and moreover we can add a single bed in the living rooms upon request. Each flat has maximum 5 people capacity. 
 
There is a very big, shared terrace of the building, there are lots of wooden tables, chairs there, it is availale for breakfasts for some people who like to have breakfast outside. 
 
We provide free daily cleaning, changing linens&towels. Moreover there is a help/desk 7/24 and security. 
 
Kitchen is fully equipped. 
 
We provide washing&ironing service upto 20 TL (each 1 kg washing is 7 TL, each ironing is 2.5 TL). If the amount passes 20 TL, you pay after 20 TL (means that we provide free 3 kg washing during your stay). 
 
Airport transfer is also provided upon request with an addictional fee.

Washing&Ironing Service is provided with our stuff. It is free upto 20 TL credit. We give you 3 kg washing (you can use each kg in different times as well) free and then just charge 7TL(3€) per each kg. Ironing is 2.5TL(1€).

We don't ask any refundable security deposit. We just charge the rental fee. If the total rental fee is less than 1000 euro, we charge all amount in advance for booking. If the total amount is more than 1000 euro, we charge half of the amount in advance and remaining amount upon arrival as cash. We accept paypal, credit card through paypal, bank transfer and western union for advance payments. We do not accept any cancellation inquiries, that's why we request you to be sure about your journey before doing reservation. Please ask one month or longer term fee.
