The condominium has recently been completely renovated with a new kitchen, bathrooms and furniture . Large view windows in living room, terrace in bedrooms with a view of the Bosphorus, the bridge between Asia and Europe, the pretty Artists' Park, trees, residences, neighborhood stores and distant high rises which include an award-winning shopping center (Akmerkez). Taxicab stop, barber, grocer, baker, bank right around the corner. Parking available. Neighborhood is a mix of professionals, retired people, young families, students. Within walking distance are excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops (even Starbucks, in addition to more authentic ones). A ten-minute cab drive takes one to the Bebek/Arnavutkoy shores of the Bosphorus where one people stroll for miles by the water, visiting restaurants and museums, watching fishermen; large tankers and passenger boats juggling their way between the Black Sea and Marmara.

Also very close are the Bosphorus University and Robert College.

There are two bedrooms and a dressing room with lots of storage. A plasma tv and modern furniture in the living room is complemented by precious antique family dining set. A counter between the kitchen and the dining room is convenient for snacks. All the rooms are light and airy.

Furnishings include a portable baby crib, stroller, booster seat and various toys.

Completely new: Bathrooms, kitchen, electrical glass-top oven/stove, wall-mounted plasma tv, accordion windows in terrace for inclement weather, air conditioner, living and bedroom furniture.

2nd bedroom has a queen sized sleeper sofa that is very comfortable. The living room sofa could sleep a 5th person.

All necessary kitchen utensils, china, silverware, glassware, linens, towels, hair dryer provided. Also available are a portable baby crib, stroller, booster seat and various toys.

Parking is across the street, at no charge.

English/French speaking contact person a few blocks away, reachable by cell-phone at all times. Tours, transportation, car rental can be arranged. Two supers in the building, entrance accessible only by residents.

Pretty park within walking distance with children's playground, jogging paths and a small restaurant with internet access.
