This luxury apartment is situated in the most sought after area of Kalkan. The large terrace provides fabulous views of the beautiful bay of Kalkan by day and amazing sunsets by night; ideal for that perfect relaxing holiday.

Every facility has been provided including a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven & Hob, microwave & even a cappucino maker. The lounge has tv with satellite service, DVD player and IPOD dock stereo system. Both Bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be put together to form a double along with fitted wardrobes with ample storage space. All the fittings are of the highest possible standard to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.  
There is a beautiful shared pool and patio area complete with shower, sunbeds and shades. 
A short walk down to the sea leads to the fantastic Palm Beach Club where you can soak up the sun,swim in the beautiful turquoise sea,whilst the friendly staff will serve you drinks or cook you lunch. For the more adventurous, a full range of watersports are available. 
 
A walk into Kalkan Centre is a must with it's spectacular restuarants which are world famous for the standard of food and impeccable service, prepare to be pampered! Shopping for clothes, jewellery, bags etc is well catered for in the quaint bougainvillia lined winding streets. The magical atmosphere of Kalkan at night is something which can't be explained but most people you may talk to will tell you they feel drawn back year after year. The New York Times summed it up as "quite simply, paradise by the sea" 
 
Our rental price is simple just £300.00 per week 52 weeks of the year, so no high surcharges for peak times,which is good news if you can only travel in school holidays!!!

We can arrange car hire or airport transfers at reasonable prices. Extra Cleaning and Laundry service on request. Welcome packs can be provided on request. Full meet and greet service on arrival and 24 hour emergency assistance. Dolomus service runs by the apartment

Kalkan is on the Lycian way,which has a fantastic range of activities within including some of the most fantastic 
roman and greek ruins which can be reached either by organised tours/car/dolomus and boat.

A £100 non-returnable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfer, or Paypal. Changeover days and times are flexible. Cleaning and Laundry service is to be paid locally this is about 100.00 Turkish Lira (£45.00) If you require transfers or car hire price will be confirmed when booking. On payment of balance we will require a £200.00 security deposit, this will be refunded within 1 week of your return.
