Villa sunset is privately owned . It was built in 2005 and has been maintained to a high standard.The villa has an elevated position and is set back approximately 50 metres from the road. It is reached by an access road which climbs from the road to the villa.The villa has 2 entrances via steps, one being pedestrian and the other from the secure parking area. The villa is spaced over 3 floors.The front door opens into a hallway from which the stairs, shower room/toilet, TV room,lounge and kitchen diner are accessed. The stairs lead to the first floor which features 3 double bedrooms with balconies,one en-suite and the family bathroom. a second stair case leads to toilet/shower room and 2 large bedrooms one with 2 single beds the other with 1 single and 1 double bed.There is also access to a small secret terrace. From the lounge patio doors lead onto a large covered terrace with built in BBQ. there is also a small uncovered patio to the side of the property. The terrace leads to the swimming pool which has sun bathing areas at both ends. The gardens are well tended with a variety of fruit trees,shrubs, plants and flowers.

    • The traditional village of Uzumlu is a short walk from Villa Sunset, it has shops in wich you can buy local produce, a post office, restaurants and a wine bar, the local market is on a Friday. 
     
    The harbour town of Fethiye is 18km away with shops, supermarkets, and a large market on a tuesday and can be reached by car or dolmus(bus service). 
    From the harbour you can get a water taxi to calis beach which is 5km from fethiye. 
     
    The well known resort of Olu Deniz THE BLUE LAGOON with its water sports and sheltered beach (ideal for children with its shallow waters) is approx 10km from fethiye. 
     
    Also the lively nightlife, restaurants and bars of Hisaronu is approx 7km from Fethiye.

A damage deposit of £300 is required with the final payment. which will be returned after satisfactory inspection. Deposit is non refundable, Cancellation between 15-56 days 50% of balance. Cancellation less than 15 days no refund of balance unless an alternative reservation is made.
