Our welcoming, well equipped triplex villa is located in the quiet coastal village of Turunc on the Aegean coast of south west Turkey. With a stunning quiet mountain backdrop, the property offers spacious, well presented accomodation of over one hundred and forty square metres for a comfortable, relaxed holiday, yet is only an easy stroll from the resorts main street and blue flag beach. 
The ground floor consists of a spacious open planned living room and kitchen which has all the facilities needed for an enjoyable stay. This floor includes a large balcony off the living room which looks out over the complex's oval shaped pool and mountains beyond. The ground floor also has a toilet and washroom. 
The first floor has two spacious bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) complete with balconies and this floor has a bathroom complete with shower. 
On the second floor there is a large bedroom complete with 3 single beds, again with balcony. This floor again has a bathroom complete with shower. 
All the rooms have air conditioning units and the property is suited for quiet family style or couple holidays. 
The swimming pool in the development is oval shaped and has a shower beside the pool for the comfort and hygiene of guests. It is a very enjoyable way to cool off if you decide to spend the day relaxing at the property which gets the, much sought after, summer sun from 9am until 6pm when it drops down behind the mountains at the close of another day in paradise.

    • Turunc is a beautiful tranquil village which has lots of quality eating places and a good assortment of bars and shops. 
    It has a shingle/sand beach with crystal clear water where a variety of water sports can be booked on request. 
    The village itself is pedestrianized from 8 o'clock in the evening and provides a safe environment for families and children. The locals in the village are very welcoming and friendly and are only too willing to offer advice/help to holidaymakers. 
    The local village market takes place every Monday where fresh fruit and veg can be bought alongside locally made tablecloths and other traditional products.

    The property can be booked by cheque payment with a one hundred and fifty pounds deposit payable on booking with the remainder due four weeks prior to arrival. A one hundred pounds breakages deposit will also be required with the balance payment. This will be automatically refunded after departure and property checking by our management company who are located in the village.
