Local facilities include shops, hotels and bars where refreshments and meals are conveniently available and reasonably priced. 
Local transport in the form of dolmus (minibus) is frequent and cheap and is easily accessible from the villa. 
Nicholas Estates, who service the villa have their own private beach area in the lagoon area of Olu Deniz, with complimentary transport available between the villa and the beach.

Check in time 1400hrs Check out time 12noon 25% non refundable deposit at time of booking. The balance 75% to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date
