Property is cleaned weekly and linen is provided. Guests to bring own bath towels.
Private communal pool for use of guests of Orange Valley only - no facilities for children under 3
The villa is situated down a country track which would not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties. A hire car is recommended to enable access to all the many beautiful beaches around Kusadasi(these can be arranged at Izmir and Bodrum airports (60 mins/90 mins from Villa).

The villa offers a private garden area with three terraces on ground floor and two on upper floor. Views over the sea and of Samos Island. Terrace equipped with patio furniture ideal for al fresco dining.
This detached villa is situated in a quiet, secure residential location with a large pool and smaller children's pool on-site. There is on site 24 hour security guard.

The house is within a 20-minute walk of Silver Sand Beach, one of the finest in Turkey. It is about 12 miles to the south of the city of Kusadasi, and just under 1 hr drive from Izmir airport, Bodrum airport is 1 and 1/2 hrs, both airports served by regular flights from London and other UK airports. The property itself nestles on the gently rising slopes between the beautiful Aegean Sea and the Turkish village Sogucak with stunning views of the mountains of Milli park national park and the Greek Island Samos. It is on a small complex with around 25 other similar properties. Car hire is easily organised from both airports via the internet.
The main local attraction is the ancient city of Ephesus which is located north a 30 minute drive away. Kusadasi also offers two water parks one of which features a Dolphin Park. The town centre is only a 15 minute walk away and close by is the Marina, harbor, bars and restaurants a National park and Samos.
