Beautiful seaview villa in luxury development near marina. Quiet location, but only 5/10 minutes walk from restaurants/bars, beach and onto the bustling town centre. 
Two waterparks close by. Ferry to Samos (Greece) several times a day. Boat trips from Marina. Main supermarket 5 mins. Great fish restaurants nearby. Local bars. Busy town bars and restaurants 10 mins walk. Local minibuses (Dolmus) provide cheap and very frequent links to all amenities and beaches if you don't fancy the walk. Local markets (a must for shopaholics and foodies).

Heating not normally required from April/May til Oct/nov and even in winter days are normally warm. BA now doing schedule flights to Izmir from £140 Incl Tax.
