Situated on the popular Aegean coast, Kusadasi has all the benifits of a fantastic climate with approx 30 days of rain a year and dawn to dusk sunshine during the summer. 
The Kusadasi area is steeped in history with historic sites including Ephesus.Didyma.Priene.Miletos the principles of ancient times, The Ephesus is only six miles away. 
From the beach the Greek island of Samos can be seen and a regular ferry makes for a good day out. 
Kusadasi is reputed to be one of the most attractive cities of the Aegean, It has one of Turkeys largest shopping bazaars famous for jewelery,Leather,Carpets and Turkish crafts which are affordable and of a very high quality. 
The coastal area abounds with many safe sandy beaches. Ladies beach is 1km long and easily the most popular with it's clean shallow waters,Sunloungers,Parasols,Showers,Quality cafe's and bars. The evening sunsets while sat in a restaurant with a glass of wine, Gazing over the waves breaking on the beach are a memory everyone will cherish and take home with them. 
The three year old apartment is on a small complex with large pool and toddler pool.The well appointed apartments were chosen for their superb location for a relaxing, stressfree vacation.

    • The site has a residential site manager. The apartments also include free digital safe,Hair dryers,Kettle,Toaster,Iron,Clothes dryer,Sofa bed for two children only,twin beds,Dining table and chairs for four,Plenty of linen and towels(Guests must bring their own beach towels),Each apartment has it's own balcony/terrace and shared garden with two sun loungers each. The apartment benifits from being in the shade during the afternoon and has a large willow tree beside it for extra shade. Guests can move the dining table and chairs onto the balcony or even the lawn for Al Fresco dining. The pool is approx 1.70 metres deep and only available from approx mid may-mid september please check with owner first.

The balance to be paid six weeks prior to departure, There is also a returnable security fee of £100 which is returned when the keys are returned and property inspection completed. Preferred payment methods are cheque or bank transfer in GBP.
