The Property is newly built to the highest specifications, rooms are all spacious, the main balcony (12metres x 3metres) looks across the sea to the Greek island of Lesbos and to the city of Foca has ample space for dinner parties under the stars. The location is half way between the harbour front restaurants to the left of the property and crystal clear beaches to the right of the property. In front there are ladders into the sea from the rocks and swimming, scuba diving and fishing is excellent. The Village centre is magical and quaint. The house is in the most exclusive area of Karaburun known as siesta. All rooms have balconies with sea views. The house was designed by British architects and breaks away from the normal flat roof, small room standards found in the area, creating a fresh and luxurious place to stay.
