Rosmarin Villa is a spacious 3 bedroom detached villa in a large secluded, private garden set on the hillside above the 'Millionaire's playground' of Gocek.

On entering the villa sliding doors open into a large, comfortable, air conditioned lounge with doors leading to the veranda terrace. The separate large well equipped kitchen has French doors to the Dining terrace, which is set under a shady covered pergola with steps down to the BBQ area and gardens. One of the two shower rooms can also be found on the ground floor. Upstairs are the second shower room and 3 double-size bedrooms, again comfortably and well furnished, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and heating.The villa is as comfortably furnished as your home not what you would expect from a 'holiday' home and to stop you guessing at the room sizes we've measured them. The lounge 6.3m x 4.2m, kitchen/dining room 5.6m x 3.5m, the Master bedroom 3.5m x 3.6m, the double/twin bedroom 3.5m x 3.4m and the twin bedroom 3.4m x 2.5m.

The villa is situated on the edge of a ten year old complex which because of the thoughtful layout and mature planting you would never guess there were 40 villas meandering up the hillside. The shared freshwater pool is 265 sq.m. with a 30 sq.m. 0.7m deep children's pool attached is surrounded by ample sunbeds and umbrellas. From the pool side are fabulous far reaching views over Gocek and it's bay of many islands. For your reassurance the complex has 24 hour Security.

20 mins walk from the villa is the up and coming small town of Gocek which still retains it's village atmosphere.The setting is so beautiful it has been designated a national park and is jealously protected by the Turkish people. The'ST. Tropez' of Turkey as many have described Gocek attracts the rich and famous from across the World. Relax with a walk along the sea front with the coastal hills rising all around on one side and the turquoise bay filled with yachts large and small on the other. Gocek is peaceful and exclusive and frequented by yachtsmen and celebrities alike. Here are pleasant, well-kept sea front bars and bistros, smart boutiques, well stocked little shops and a pretty market square. The villa is ideally situated for visits to many areas for interest. Fethiye with it's huge Tuesday Market and Lycian Rock tombs, Olu Deniz with it's famous lagoon and paragliding, Kayakoy the deserted Greek village, Dalyan with it's stunning beach and the many archaeological sites of Lycia. Louis de Berniere based his book 'Birds without Wings' on this region.
The villa is 20 mins (15 miles)south from Dalaman International Airport but completely off the flight path so no aircraft noise.
Car hire is not essential.

Parking spaces front and rear. Bottled water and Welcome pack are free of charge The Wharfedale Music system in the lounge takes CD's,mp3, USB, SD,MMC and is an iPOD docking station. Linen and towels included (except Beach Towels) Linen and towels will be changed and the maid will clean both bathrooms mid week. Wireless Internet access available free - by the pool if you bring your lap top or in Gocek at 'Blues' or 'West Cafe'. Water is heated by electricity therefore NO Carbon Monoxide risk. Children are welcome however the villa is not suitable for wheelchair users and as the villa is on a hillside it is only suitable for the mobile elderly.MUMS-Travel cot and highchair available. We can arrange tranfers from Dalaman airport (Minibus for larger parties) direct to the villa. We can also help you arrange car hire. It is our policy not to take commission on any transfers or car hire and arrange these as a service to our guests.

The Hamam (Turkish Bath), Paragliding- Mt. Babadag is the second highest take off point in the World (6500ft), 12- Island boat trips in Gocek Bay, Fethiye and Market, Dalyan River cruise to Caunos, mud baths, freshwater turtles and the superb beach, Saklikent Gorge- cool on a hot day, rafting and trout for lunch. Ephesus- a Wonder of the World and Pammukale-white saucer shaped rock formations.
Nearest beach is at Inlice (2 miles). Nicest beach is at Katranci (6miles).

Further afield a one hour internal flight gets you to Istanbul and two x one hour flights to Cappadocia.(We can help you arrange internal flights.)

Gocek is only 20 minutes drive from Dalaman Airport, immediately you are thinking of all that noise from planes landing and taking off. Not so, there is a range of high hills between Gocek and Dalaman which blocks out all that noise and leaves Gocek a tranquil place to holiday but so much convenience.
