The villa is 500m above sea level, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over a plateau and the mountains and enjoys cooling breezes even in mid-summer. Uzumlu village is a short walk away with shops, restaurants and bars, a short drive takes you to beaches at Calis, Olu Deniz, Patara and to Fethiye Town.

This lovely villa has all that you could want. The 3 living rooms all access the veranda with BBQ and illuminated pool. The 5 bedrooms on the upper two floors have sun terraces, there are family and en-suite bathrooms and all the rooms are air-conditioned. There is also a 600 sq.ft Games and Fitness Room with a cross-trainer, weights, punchbag, darts and table tennis in the basement area.

From the entrance hall an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. Another archway leads into the main lounge with TV/DVD/CD and a wood-burning fireplace, a further archway accesses the separate dining room with seating for eight. Also on this floor is a toilet/shower room and another separate lounge themed in an 'Ottoman' style with TV/DVD/CD and a PlayStation 2 with a library of games, CDs and DVDs.

The first floor includes the master double bedroom with en-suite, another double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a large family bathroom, all these bedrooms have sun terraces with lovely views. The top floor has a large 3 bed family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a toilet/shower room. All rooms have air-conditioning and are fitted out with stylish hand made furniture, all the double beds are king size.

Locally the attractions are endless. By the sea there is paragliding, micro-lites, wind-surfing, sailing, swimming, diving, water-skiing. While inland there walking, cycling, mountain biking, quad biking, jeep safaris, horse riding and visiting the numerous archaeological sites from the Roman and Lycian times.

The bustling port of Fethiye is only 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or if you have a car the roads are excellent and it takes about 25 minutes. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered Blue Lagoon is the centre for paragliding and is close to Fethiye as is Hisaronu with a lively night life, clubs and restaurants. Calis Beach is a 20 minute drive from the villa and can also be reached by water taxis from Fethiye, the Sultans Water Park is well worth a visit.

High Season Price : £790 per Week

Rates are for the whole villa for 1 week for up to 12 people. Book 6 months ahead and deduct 10%. Up to 6 people can stay for 2 weeks outside the High Season and deduct 15%. There are no extra costs.

A Welcome Pack is provided and a weekly cleaning service when towels and bed linen are changed - more often for a small charge. The pool is cleaned daily and the gardens are maintained regularly.

Return transfers from Dalaman Airport (<50 minutes) by car/minibus for a total charge of £85/£140. Vehicle rental can be arranged for Car/Minibus at £140/£335 per week.

Payment is by a 20% deposit with the Booking Form and the balance is paid 4 weeks before arrival together with a returnable £150 damage deposit. Payments can be made by Credit Card through a secure PayPal portal on our website. Our English speaking agent will contact you and he can arrange tours and help you with any medical or other needs.
