Vacation Rental Description

The villa is 500m above sea level, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over a plateau and the mountains and enjoys cooling breezes even in mid-summer. Uzumlu village is a 2km walk with shops, restaurants and bars, a short drive takes you to beaches at Calis, Olu Deniz, Patara, Katranci and to Fethiye Town. The villa is an ideal holiday venue for extended families with children and for larger groups of friends.

This lovely villa has all that you could want. The 3 living rooms all access the veranda with both charcoal and gas BBQs and illuminated pool. The 5 bedrooms on the upper two floors have sun terraces, there are family and en-suite bathrooms and all the rooms are air-conditioned. There is a 600 sq.ft Gym and Games Room with a cross-trainer, weights, punchbag, darts, quoits, table tennis, a surround sound theatre system and a Nintendo Wii with 40 games. The villa is also provided with Wi-Fi Internet and a mobile 'phone.

From the entrance hall an arch leads to a fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. Another arch leads into the main lounge with TV/DVD/CD and a wood-burning fireplace, a further archway accesses the separate dining room with seating for seven with an adjoining terrace dining area for another six people. Also on this floor is a toilet/shower room and second separate lounge with a stereo music system with iPod dock together with a library of games, CDs and DVDs; this lounge has two single sofa-beds. All these rooms lead out to the terrace surrounding the private pool which is provided with child-proof safety barriers.

The first floor includes the master double bedroom with en-suite, another double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a large family bathroom, all these bedrooms have sun terraces with lovely views. The top floor has a large 3 bed family bedroom and cot with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a toilet/shower room. All rooms have air-conditioning and are fitted out with stylish hand made furniture, all the double beds are king size.

Locally the attractions and activities are endless. By the sea there is paragliding, micro-lites, wind-surfing, sailing, swimming, diving, water-skiing. While inland there walking, cycling, mountain biking, quad biking, jeep safaris, horse riding and visiting the numerous archaeological sites from the Roman and Lycian times.

The bustling port of Fethiye is only 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or if you have a car the roads are excellent and it takes about 25 minutes. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered Blue Lagoon is the centre for paragliding and is close to Fethiye as is Hisaronu with a lively night life, clubs and restaurants. Calis Beach is a 20 minute drive from the holiday villa and can also be reached by water taxis from Fethiye, the local Sultans Water Park is well worth a visit.

Travel Info: Villa Kadyanda is 2km from the local village of Uzumlu which has many restaurants, bars, wine houses and general shops. The villa is 50km from Dalaman Airport and the journey takes 45 minutes, we can arrange return transfers and vehicle rental. The nearest beach is Calis Beach which is an easy 20 minute drive from the villa.

BOOK FOR 2013 BEFORE 31/12/2012 AND DEDUCT 10%. Rates are for the whole villa for 1 week for up to 13 people. HM Forces, Emergency Services and Parties of less than 6 people can stay outside the High Season and deduct 15%. There are no extra charges. A generous Welcome Pack is provided with a weekly cleaning service when towels and bed linen are changed. The pool is cleaned daily and the gardens are maintained regularly. Return transfers from Dalaman Airport (45 minutes) by car/minibus for a total charge of ~£85/£130. Vehicle rental can be arranged for Car/Minibus at ~£140/£350 per week. Payment is by a 25% deposit with the Booking Form and the balance is then paid 8 weeks before arrival together with a returnable £150 damage deposit. Payments can be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer or by Credit Card through a secure PayPal portal on our website.
