Vacation Rental Description
The ground floor area includes an open plan hallway, lounge, kichen / dining area. The lounge area benefits from a feature wood burning fireplace, satellite TV, HI-FI, DVD player and playstation. There are two 3 seater sofa beds to enable a maximum occupancy of ten people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven, hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge / freezer and washing machine. Off the hallway is a double bedroom with an adjacent shower room / toilet. The first floor includes a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. There are two further twin bedrooms a large family bathroom and a large furnished balcony.The outside area benefits from its own swimming pool with an additional childrens pool / jacuzzi, a large covered / shaded patio area with dining table and eight chairs.  
 
You can enjoy outdoor cooking on the brick built bbq! Villa Guzel is located a short walk from the rural village of Kemer, there is an array of shops, a bank, a couple of take aways and a handful of bars / restaurants.

      High Season Price: £500 per Week
         

    The rates for 2010 are. May & October £300 per week. June & September £400 per week. July & August £500 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is required 28 days prior to departure. Cheques should be made payable to Sarah Hughes. All deposits are non refundable unless an alternative booking can be achieved.
