Large luxury detached Villa Riya recently built is set amongst the exquisite backdrop of beautiful clean countryside and mountains in 585 sq.m of land with a 30x13ft private pool and a small children's pool with jets. Own car park space. Panoramic views from the large gardens/patio area, and the generous balconies across the valley floor onto the mountains, are simply stunning. This is a wonderful setting for a relaxing away from it all holiday to recharge the batteries and top up the tan, and if you can tear yourself away, an excellent base for a far more active holiday with key attractions such as Taurus Mountains Saklikent Gorge, Tilos, Fethiye, Hisaronu, Olu Deniz, Calis and Patara Beach all being within easy distance by dolmus or car. 
 
Less than 10 mins walk to/fro the traditional village town of Kemer with a variety of local facilities including 24 hour doctors, chemist, medical clinic, bank, Post Office, Internet Cafe, shops and restaurants.  
 
Kemer offers selection of shops and open air market every Friday to meet most of your catering requirements, whilst providing you the opportunity to purchase clothing, household goods and gifts. You can also enjoy the local Turkish cuisine at an array of small restaurants. For more varied menu, visit the hill top restaurant boasting panoramic views, or the one located at the canal-side in the charming village square. All this within walking distances.  
 
Dolmus (minibuses) run every 15 minutes in summer and every half hour in winter to Fethiye and some other places. 
 
Villa has private pool and ample patio area for sunbathing, dining and enjoying the outdoor brick built barbecue. Small children's pool with jets provides additional bit of fun both for them and adults alike. Patio furniture includes 6 white sun loungers with mattress, sun brollies, dining table and chairs. Both pools are cold water (lovely for cooling off in the heat) and are available from 1st May to 15th October. Depth of large pool is 5ft 5 inches at the deep end and 2 feet 5 inches at shallow end. Pool is sloped, so depth varies on the slope. Small children's/Jacuzzi pool is 2 ft 5 inches deep. 
 
Dalaman Airport is just under an hour by car, if you would like help with arranging transfers let us know. Cost would be £75 both way for up to 7 people.  
 
Coast/Beach /Sights by bus/car 
 
Oludeniz (40 min) is the most photographed beach in Turkey and is known as the 'gem of the Turquoise coast'. Many restaurants and shops as well as good range of water sports. A highlight is paragliding.  
 
Patara Beach is about 45 mins drive, boasting 18km of pure sand. It is a national park area including ancient ruins, small entrance fee payable, well worth it.  
 
Calis Beach 20 min restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, Sultan Aqua City aqua park 5 min from this beach 
 
Saklikent Gorge 20 min, where you can whizz down the river on a rubber ring stopping for a mud bath on the way or walk up the long gorge through the cooling waters.  
 
Tlos 15 mins, the ruins offer spectacular views over the valley that date from the Lycians, through Greeks and Romans to the 15th Century. The site includes graves built into the rock side, an amphitheatre, a racetrack, and resturant beyond the ruins.  
 
Fethiye 20 min, is the nearest main coastal bustling working town with a busy harbour lined with resturants and stall. Here, you can book boat trips leaving daily including the 12 Island Boat trip, and enjoy a huge choice in shopping and eating. Hisaronu is just 10 mins from Fethiye by bus, a holiday resort nestling in the mountains above Olu Deniz, packed with shops, restaurants, and bars. 
 
Villa is very well placed for low season holidays too. Mar/Apr warm enough for T/shirt & shorts during daytime, snowcapped mountains glistering in the sun offer wonderful views. May Jun v.warm to hot. Oct.Nov. can be warm enough to swim in the sea.

Air Con in all rooms. Parking on own private drive for one vehicle, addition vehicle parking on road. Well appointed kitchen with toaster,kettle, gas hob, electric oven, family dish washer and whole range of dishes and untensils. Master bedroom has Jacuzzi bath. Master bedroom and another bedromm have balconies. There is also a large family balcony. TV, DVD/CD player. Some children's games & playing cards. villa has garden to all sides and lagre patio area near pool. All bed linen and towels for bathrooms provided. Please bring own Pool side and beach towels. Washing machine availabe for use, outdoor clothes dryer. villa cleaned before arrival, midway clean or maid service arranged at extra charge.

Notes on nearby activities: 
Internet Cafe, shopping and resturants in the Kemer village under 10 min walk, nearby walking, cycling bird watching. Both Tilos and Saklikent are just a short bus ride away where you can enjoy long walk in the Gorge at Saklikent entering through the cool waters & hire rubber rings to whizz down the river. Tilos provides brilliant veiws, there is also a resturant there where trout swim near by. 
 
boating: in Fethyie & Olu Deniz. Water Sports Rentals in Olu Deniz. Horse Riding: bookable through third parties in Calis, Fethiye and Hisoronu. Beaches over 20 minutes by bus/car. 
 
Skiing: just over 45 minutes by car in Saki 
 
Location of villa is also very well placed for low season holidays; March April are warm enough to walk aroun in T.shirts & shorts, snowcapped mountains offer wonderful views. May & June begins to get very warm to hot. October November are very good too, can be warm enough to swim in sea.

Prices are per week for the villa for up to 5 people on self-catering basis and is in GBP. £50.00 per week for each additional person. Payment is preferred by cheque, or paypal. A 25% deposit is required upon booking your dates. Full payment plus £170.00 (refundable 2wks after holiday less any breakage/damage) to be received by us 10 weeks before departure. We may give discount for 3rd or 4th week, please enquire if you are looking to book more than 2 weeks. Longer stays avialable, please enquire. Cancellation must be made in writing, following conditions apply: 10 weeks before departure date, full refund of deposit. 9 weeks 6 days before departure no refund of deposit. 8 weeks before departure 30% refund of total amount paid. Excluding deposit amount. Under 8 weeks before departure no refund.
