the property consists of 5 bedrooms,all have fitted wardrobes. 4 double beds and 2 single. 1st bedroom with en-suite, main bathroom with bath wc and shower, and 3rd bathroom with shower and wc. there is also a ground level wc. A fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave toaster, kettle and water machine. The lounge consists of suite, TV and dvd player and a number of games along with a play station. French doors lead on to a veranda which has furniture and a fully working brick barbeque. 
all rooms have air conditioning and each room has its own veranda.  
The neatrest shop is approx 50 metres away and the local transport stops right outside the villa, and can take you to Fethiye for approx 40 pence. nearby there are tennis courts and a aqua park and also a spa hotel. 
whilst the villa is set in a peaceful location 150 metres away are the local bars and restaurants situated on the beach promenade where you can watch one of the worlds most amazing sunsets. excursions can be booked and these include jeep safari, visiting the tombs, and also other islands.
