Vacation Rental Description
The property is situated 1 minute walk from the main road, which has two mini markets and there is a regular bus (Dolmus)service running into Calis and Fethiye. It is self contained with its own private garden and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Fridge Freezer and Water Cooler. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery supplied.
The Dining area with Table and eight chairs also contains Music centre with CD player.
The comfortable lounge has two settees and two armchairs with TV + Satellite + Dvd player. Wi Fi connection available. There is a downstairs bathroom with shower and another at the top of the stairs.
The three bedrooms all have their own balcony: The Spacious Master bedroom is En-Suite and overlooks the swimming pool and front garden.
The pool is cleaned and checked everyday and the gardener attends on a regular basis. My neighbour(Gul) is a Turkish lady who speaks English and is available to assist guests. Extra house cleaning and laudry services maybe arranged with Gul. A Powerpoint presentation is available please contact the owner.

The front terrace has a table and six chairs for those out door meals. The Gas fired BBQ is by the side terrace outside the kitchen door. The garden is fully equipped with loumges and deck chairs.
Artificial grass matting surrounds the pool for the safety and conmfort of the guests and their children.
Transfers from and to the airport can be arranged. We are also able to recommend car hire companies.
Activities
Fethiye's only water park complete with water shoots is within walking distance from the Calis shopping and beach area.
Calis , although much smaller than Fethiye, has a good selection of souvenier shops, restuarants and night clubs for the young at heart.
The are two Dolmus (Bus) routes which run between Calis and Fethiye. One passes within one minutes walk from the villa and takes you through the old part of town into Fethiye town centre. The other service runs along the sea front past the newly built and extremely modern Calis hospital. The dolmus will stop anywhere on route to pick up and discharge passengers for a mere YTL1.30 about 50p. There is also a water taxi service between Calis and Fethiye harbour- Well worth experiencing.
