Vacation Rental Description
The best thing about this brand new linked villa is it's location, situated directly on the seafront at Calis Beach just 20 minutes from the picturesque and historic town of Fethiye. It's situation on the Lycian Way makes it a mecca for keen walkers and cyclists. The start of the two mile long block paved promenade is a two minute walk from the complex and here you can find numerous bars, restaurants and entertainment on offer.
Seaside Residence complex has 3 shared swimming pools, childrens pool and Pool Bar and is set in beautifully landscaped gardens within this small gated community and has 24 hour on site Security.
Located on the quiet side of Seaside Residence complex the villa is just steps away from one of the shared pools and has it’s own small landscaped garden, ideal for admiring the stunning sunsets that Calis is famous for or for sunbathing by the quiet nearby pool. All of the 3 well appointed bedrooms have superb sea and mountain views and all have en-suite bathrooms (1 with a bath) and balcony except the master suite which has 2 terraces so that sun worshippers can catch the sun all day long.
Seaside Residence has all the amenities you would expect from a modern well equipped villa and every effort has been taken to ensure an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. From it's master suite with king size memory foam mattress for the ultimate in comfort to it's well equipped kitchen, this villa has it all.
Facilities
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, All 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities and balcony (the master suite has 2 terraces to catch the sun all day). There are 2 double sofa beds in the lounge which has a downstairs toilet but no en-suite but has a terrace with furniture. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Cleaning of the villa, the linen and towels is done before arrival. If you wish to have a mid-stay clean of the villa this can be arranged at a small additional cost of £35 per clean. For your comfort the master suite has a very comfortable king size bed with a memory foam mattress. There is an iron and ironing board available and a hairdryer in the master bedroom. There is also cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. All rooms have mosquito doors fitted.
Activities
There is a Surf Club with many watersports on offer which is located a short stroll from the villa. There are a multitude of Restaurants & Bars within a very short walk of the villa with the nearest being less than a minutes walk away.
There is also a small on-site pool bar at Seaside Residence.
There is a very popular Water Park approximately 5 minutes from Seaside by Dolmus (the local small bus). The Dolmus (bus) station is conveniently located a few steps from the entrance to Seaside Residence complex.
Fethiye historic town is 20 minutes by bus and has a stunning marina where you can take a 12 Island Day cruise around the bay. Very popular and costs about £10 each including lunch on board.
For the adventurous why not try paragliding from the famous Babadag mountain. This can be done from Olu Deniz (which is a World Heritage Site) and is 30 minutes from Seaside by bus or car.

"The property offered everything we wanted on our holiday. The location was just right,set in a quite area a short stroll (5 mins) to the shops and eating areas of Calis Beach. The beach on your door step. The villa had everything we needed during our stay, there is a quite pool only a few steps away and during our stay we were the only ones to use it. All in all the villa was great value for money, the setting was just right for a holiday that can offer both rest and relaxation but also makes a good base to explore the area with very good public transport, tours and car hire on your door step. We had a great time and we are sure anyone staying here would have the same. We will be returning!"

We had a great holiday.
Your villa is amazing, better than we could ever of imagined,you must be very proud.
Even the taxi driver(UK) has asked if he can book it August 11-18th, let me know if available(I'm sure its not )
We all took care of your villa.
The only issue we had with the villa was the fact it made every property we viewed look 3rd rate.
I have loads to tell you but I am such a slow typist,this has taken me ages.

Seaside Residence
We are a group of owners who all love Calis Beach and Turkey. This particular area close to Fethiye is our little piece of heaven.
When we first visited we fell in love with it because it just has everything we thought we would ever need for fantastic family holidays.
The views are amazing, with a long stretch of beach and a block paved promenade which seems to stretch for miles. It's great to walk or cycle along here in the early evenings and enjoy the stunning sunsets that this area is famous for.
There is a vast choice of restaurants and bars along the promenade with every taste catered for and the staff who work there couldn't be more friendly. Turkish people love children and will go out of their way to make the kids feel just as welcome as their parents are.
At Christmas and New Year even though the Turkish themselves dont' usually celebrate Christmas they go out of their way to decorate the promenade and hold Christmas and New Year parties which makes it very special.
There are so many special events and things to do and see at Calis we couldn't possibly fit them all in here but if you try it for yourself we're sure you wont' be disappointed.
