Vacation Rental Description
The ground floor property is part of a detached villa with private pool. Both the 1st floor and ground floor have their own private entrances, garden, driveway and double wrought iron gates. However, the main terrace that sits on the ground floor is for the sole use of the ground floor occupants. This terrace sits leads directly to the pool area and overlooks farmland opposite as well as beautiful mountain views. There are security bars on all doors and windows. 
 
The area is quite peaceful and perfect for those who like to explore, with unspoilt beaches and wooded areas, the closest beach being less than 10 minutes walk. On the way to the beach you will pass several small shops, a couple of small hotels (use of facilities are free) and a taxi rank (usually one taxi). A minibus (dolmus) can be caught directly outside the property or from the main road, taking you directly into Fethiye where you can jump straight onto another dolmus taking you to Hisarönu or Öludeniz.

    • Terrace is private to ground floor apt and overlooks pool then farmland and mountains. Own gate leading onto driveway. Private entrance to each apt. Sunloungers are available. Built in barbecue at rear of garden. Both bedrooms have balconies with mountain views. Sofabed in lounge for 5th/6th person. Table and chairs can be moved onto terrace for alfresco dining. Most bars and hotels also offer free internet access.

    Prices per week May to October £420 November-March £250 A non-refundable cheque deposit of 25% is payable upon booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival (allowances can be made for late bookings). Booking form to be completed. £100 deposit required to cover any damage to property or breakages (please replace breakages if possible), refundable 10 working days after departure from property. Keys etc are handled by efficient and friendly local agents who are more than happy to help and answer any questions regarding the property.
