As part of a small luxury development, our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex apartment with west facing balcony is situated in a prime seafront location on the beach at Calis offering outstanding views and stunning sunsets. 
 
Walk out onto the 4km promenade with its variety of quality restaurants, shops and entertainment all within a few minutes level walk. The nearby local bus or water taxi will take you to the cultural port of Fethiye with its marina, island cruises, restaurants and fabulous market.  
 
The apartment is designed, furnished and equipped to a high specification , bedrooms have generous fitted wardrobes, full length mirrors, ample electric points and beds have overhead reading lights. There is air conditioning to all rooms, a digital safe, water cooler and insect screening to windows and patio doors. The stylish ground floor lounge, master bedroom and balcony overlook the Bay of Fethiye. Other rooms have views of the landscaped grounds. Bathrooms are well proportioned with walk-in showers. 
 
Uniquely, the apartment has two entrances, one of which gives direct access to the secluded infinity pools and sun terrace. With sun loungers, shower and barbecue, the seated pergola makes an ideal location for evening barbeques and swim.
