Vacation Rental Description
This modern luxury Forest Valley apartment is in the beautiful Calis beach resort of Fethiye. Ideal for families, the complex with the mountains as a backdrop, is quite stunning. Peaceful, yet within walking distance to all the attractions Calis has to offer; including the spectacular beach and promenade, the water park, local market and many great bars and restaurants. Local transport stops at the complex and will take you direct into the pretty harbor town of Fethiye. Stay in Fethiye or go on to visit other places using the terrific transportation link there. The apartment itself is fully air conditioned and has a first & second floor, comprising of: a large lounge with TV, DVD and satellite. Three bedrooms, one twin, one twin/double each with a balcony and one double room. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with full-sized bathtub/shower. A well equipped kitchen/dining room, with full cooking facilities, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a pull out couch in the lounge for extra guests. There are 6 balconies, all with picturesque views and a built-in BBQ on the main balcony for al fresco dining. The complex is monitored 24 hours by a control centre via security cameras and there is a built-in safe for your valuables. No smoking in the apartment please, there are plenty of balconies!

Activities
Along the Calis Beach seafront there is a pedestrian boulevard, with many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Daily activities include a selection of water sports, a family day at one of the aqua parks, or shopping along the promenade. There are also weekly markets in Calis and Fethiye not to be missed. To get to Calis Beach seafront it is a brisk 15-20 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute taxi ride.
Fethiye is a 15 minute drive or 30 minute water taxi ride away from central Calis Beach. Here enjoy a day cruise through the 12-islands, a day of sailing or scuba diving, or visit the ancient tombs built. You can also pamper yourself at one of the many Turkish baths.
A visit to nearby Oludeniz and the Blue Lagoon, approximately 30 minutes away by bus/car. It is the most photographed beach and lagoon in Turkey and is highly recommended as a place to visit. Here you can enjoy paragliding over the magnificent bay.

Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion. A discount on late bookings is available; i.e. 4 weeks or less to the start date of your occupancy. A deposit cheque of 10% is required one week after booking to confirm. The outstanding balance and a damage deposit, of £50.00, are required four weeks prior to occupancy. The security deposit will be paid back to you within 14 days of your return if our representative finds everything to their satisfaction. Long term lets available at reduced rates. Payment may be made by internet banking or personal cheque.

IDEAL FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS
As a family we have enjoyed many wonderful holidays at our apartment and since deciding to rent all who have booked with us have reported having the same experience and many have rebooked for the following year.
The site is ideal for families as it is set in beautiful gardens which are safe for children to play in and there is a baby pool and the pool is shallow at one end. We are in a quiet area yet within easy reach of restaurants, aqua park and about a 15/20 min stroll to the beach.
The apartment is fully equipped and has a water cooler to save you lugging heavy bottles of water. If you prefer to dine in everything you need is at hand for indoor or outdoor dining.
There is a dolmus which passes the apartment for trips into nearby Fethiye or just down to Calis front and there is a button you can press just outside the apartment and a taxi will appear in a few minutes.
