Vacation Rental Description

Although situated just a 3 minute walk away from beautiful Calis Beach these apartments still provide peace and seclusion. Equipped with a superb main pool and a generous sized children's pool, the apartment complex is an ideal location for either families or couples looking for a holiday with a difference. The apartment is equipped with provide a relxing holiday for up to six people. The main bedroom comes with a double bed, double wardrobe and bedside tables with drawers while the second has two single beds with fitted wardrobe and two chest of drawers. There is a beautiful fully tiled shower room between the bedrooms, with toilet and washbasin. The open plan longe and dining area has a 3 seater sofa bed, armchair, large bean bag and occasional table with TV and DVD together with a dining table and chairs.
The lounge and bedrooms are air conditioned. The open plan kitchen is equipped with gas hob, kettle, microwave,toaster, a large fridge/freezer and ample storage for groceries, and all the necessary cutlery and crockery for 6 people. There is also a washing machine. Towels are provided for use in the apartment and also for use at the pool. The apartment comes with a cd player, combined tv and dvd player and an assortment of cds and dvds. For dining outside there is a table and 4 chairs provided whilst sun loungers and umbrellas can be found around the pool. A lockable safe box is provided for he safe storage of passports and small valuables. Management of the apartment is provided by a local company located within a 4 minute walk of the complex. One half of the couple running the company is english so language is not a prolem. The management company are happy to provide transport to and from the airport and to arrange boat trips/sightseeing tours for guests.
It is just a short stroll to the beachfront promenade where you will find a plentiful selection of bars and restaurants as well as a water park. The town of Fethiye with its huge open market, fish market, restaurants, bazaar and ancient monuments is a short ride away on the bus which stops close to the apartment.
A light refreshing breeze makes this a popular beach in the heat of the day, while its wide traffic free promenade makes it safe for a lazy stroll, and especially suited to families with small children. There is a wide selection of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy your meals and, at the end of the day, to sit with a drink and take in the glorious splendour of a fantastic sunset. Calis is a place where you can walk around day or night and feel safe. The Turkish people love families and children. There is a water park nearby and various water sports are available from the beach. For a relaxing way to see Fetihiye from the bay, take a water-taxi across the bay.

There is a water park nearby, easily accesible by public transport. Boat trips around the multitude of small bays and islands in and around Fetihye bay can be booked from the centre of Calis which is a 15 minute walk away or 5 minutes by public transport.
Water taxis are a realxing way to get into the nearby town of Fetihye where there is a large fishmarket with restaurants and a huge open air market on a monday.
There is also a large local market in Calis on a sunday selling clothes, shoes, towels and linen and local produce

Special offer - For bookings of more than two weeks there is a 10% discount on weeks three or more A deposit of £100 is payable on confirmation of booking with the outstanding balance payable 8 weeks before departure. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of departure then the full amount will be required at the time of booking. A damage deposit cheque of £50 is asked for. This will not be cashed and will be destoyed or retunred once we have been told by the managment company that the aprtment was left in good order.
