Ayyildiz apartment is set in a lovely garden of flowers and fruit trees, in a central, quiet residential location, an easy walk to all facilities; no need to drive.
*Newly built in tradional style as a home, not on a holiday complex, the apartment has two bedrooms; one double, one twin, salon/living room with two sofabeds,good size kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower cubicle, three balconies, one with BBQ, dining furniture and view of gardens and pool.

*Comfortably furnished with Turkish fabrics and rugs throughout, providing a taste of living in Turkey.

*There is a lovely large swimming pool, with childrens splash pool, and plenty of sunny and shaded areas to relax in the garden. Plenty of safe beaches to choose from, sandy or pebbly, with the nearest just 5 minutes down the road.
*Stroll down to the sea and then along the new promenade to your left to central Fethiye - or to the right to Calis beach,where you can either relax undisturbed or chose an area where you can be served food and drinks.

*The Apartment is located in a flat area, allowing an easy walk everywhere; along the promenade, with many cafes and activities, to the town centre with delightful shops, restaurants and lively harbour, also ancient monuments/museums/tombs.

*From the harbour you can take daily boat tours to neighbouring bays & beaches. Diving and fishing trips can also be arranged. Or join those who fish from the nearby beach, or you can buy from the local fishermen there.

* Minibuses run from the end of the road into the town centre, Calis or to other coastal villages and quiet beaches. Although a car is not a necessity, car hire is available and there is easy parking available.

*The apartment is suitable for people who want a personal and traditional Turkish experience. The owners and representatives are English, so language and local knowledge is at hand. A warm welcome awaits you.

* The apartment is just 15 minutes from weekly local market selling fresh fruit and vegetables, spices, cheeses, yoghurts etc. Also shoes, clothes, household items, textiles, leather goods, jewellery and much more. A large supermarket is also 15 minutes walk away, with a mini market closer

* Delightful views from salon balcony of the garden, mountains and pool. Ayyildiz means moon and stars, which you can watch from the balconies at night.

* Windows and doors have mosquito net panels, so the apartment can be aired day and night without bugs! Often this is all that is needed as the area has a delightful cooling breeze, however air conditioning is available if wanted. All rooms are airy, with ceramic flooring and high ceilings. The large kitchen/dining area is separate from the living room/salon so the living room can be a third bedroom if required. Two additional guest beds and babycot can be used if required .

*There is also yoga equipment available for 6 people, for those who wish to practice during their holiday at any time.

*Winters are mild. Central heating isn't necessary, but the apartment has heaters if needed on cooler days.

Ayyildiz is not situated on a holiday complex but in a traditional style villa of 6 apartments a quiet central residential area, close to the beaches and town centre. The salon and each bedroom have large balconies through french doors, extending the rooms outside to lovely views. (All windows and doors have security fittings) The winters in Fethiye are mild, with many sunny days, when swimming in the sea can be enjoyed. For yoga practioners, there are mats, belts and blocks available for practice for 6 people.

I really enjoy my times in Turkey and enjoy helping to create great holidays for my guests. This apartment is new so I have no previous guests to comment so II'm including here some comments are made to me regarding holidays in my original Ayyildiz apt;
the new Ayylidiz is similar in many respects.
