Green Valley is situated on a high level valley set in a beautiful location overlooking Fethiye and the stunning Taurus Mountain Range.

This duplex apartment consists of four bedrooms each fitted with air conditioning. It has two bathrooms, a large living and dining room area with air conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen. It also has a large balcony overlooking the pool with a brick barbecue, two balconies at the rear and a French balcony in the living area also overlooking the pool.

The apartment will accommodate up to eight people very comfortably: Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two single beds and two sofas in the living area which will convert into two double beds allowing to accommodate up to a maximum of nine people. Suitable for families and groups of all ages.

The apartment is very large with two floors, one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It has marble floors throughout and is tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are fully equipped with wardrobes and plenty of drawspace. Air conditioning with climate control is provided in all bedrooms and the living area, they will provide heat if required for winter breaks.
A television, DVD Player, playstation 2, microwave, toaster, washing machine, iron/ board, clothes airer & bath towels are some of the things we provide to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

A Welcome pack to cover first day needs can be provided on request for £15 - £25, ideal for early mornings & late arrivals.

How to get there:
Fly to Dalaman - We can arrange transfers to the apartment for only £70 return for up to 5 passengers & £90 return for up to 9 passengers. Transfer time is approx 35 minutes.
Alternatively there are always local taxis available outside airport. Directions are provided in information pack.

A dolmus stops directly outside the complex regularly through out the day from early morning until late in the evening.

Hisaronu:
A mountain resort lively and bright it's packed with shops, nightclubs & restaurants catering for every taste!
Calis:
A beach resort with spectacular views across Fethiye bay to Sovalye island & the most amazing sunsets.

The Green Valley complex is suitable for families and groups of all ages & it has many facilities. Designed around a kidney shaped pool with children's splash pool with plenty of sunloungers and parasols for you to relax and soak up the sun.
From the pool terrace you can get to the snack bar and pool bar that are open all day for your convenience, also for the more energetic there is a gym on site as well as a sauna, massage room and hamam / turkish bath.

Cleaning / linen/maid service:
The apartment will be clean on arrival. Towels and linen are included but not beach/pool towels. Bed linen & Towels changed once a week. A Washing machine is provided for your use. Local representative available 24/7 during your stay.

Additional supplementary days outside a full week are available from £45 - £60 per day. Days are charged from midday to the following midday.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

1. A non - returnable deposit of £150 reserves the apartment and the balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
2. If cancellation is 12 weeks - 8 weeks before your departure date you will receive a full refund.
3. If cancellation is 8 weeks - 4 weeks before your departure date you will receive 50% of the final balance.
4. If cancellation is 4 weeks less before your departure date you will not receive a refund.

A refundable breakages deposit will be required of £100 - Returned after inspection of apartment by rep & keys / hire equipment returned.
