Vacation Rental Description
It consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin on the first floor, each with its own balcony and a spacious twin-bed attic (with hand basin) which makes an ideal den for teenagers. An additional 2 are accomodated on Turkish Style Divans in the spacious lounge. There is air conditioning and fans in all the bedrooms, individual mosquito nets for each bed and mosquito nets on all the windows.
Denizati is a villa in a group of four which share a superb architect-designed 50m long swimming pool. Each villa has its own semi-circular extension of the pool with access steps. Denizati is particularly private and enjoys views of fields to the front and the panoramic sweep of the Taurus Mountains to the rear. The garden is planted with shrubs, climbers and shady trees offering a number of delightful sitting areas.
By the front door is a wide stone terrace leading to grassed areas and sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and reading. At the far end of the terrace is the cardak, a shady pergola-like structure designed for al-fresco eating.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
When you arrive:
Transfers can be arranged from Dalaman airport (please indicate on booking form). On arrival at the villas you will be shown Denizati where there will be some basic provisions in the kitchen.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
There will also be an information pack to help you plan your holiday, and show you where the nearest shops are.
The villa is tidied regularly by Manzara staff. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
Food and Drink:
Eating out is part of the enjoyment of a holiday at Denizati. There is a good choice of restaurants serving inexpensive authentic Turkish food, from the excellent lunchtime fare of pide (the Turkish equivalent to pizza) to riverside restaurants specialising in fish dishes.
There are also a number of supermarkets that sell all the basics, a few greengrocers and good butcher. Most people stock up on fruit and veg at the market on Saturday (there is also a market at Koycegiz on Monday). For meals at the villa, there is an outside barbecue, and a four-ring gas cooker with full-size oven.
What to bring:

Excellent facilities:
There are shower rooms with lavatory on both the first and ground floors. The stone-tiled living room, furnished with Turkish-style divans, is a cool retreat from the midday heat in summer - in the off-season, thanks to the open fireplace, it becomes a cosy retreat. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, gas cooker with full-size oven, and washing machine.

Dalyan and the surrounding area offer a host of activities, from boating and beaching, to trekking and visiting antiquities.
The area surrounding Dalyan is a conservation area so no large or high-rise hotels are permitted and there is no building allowed along the beach. Dalyan is a lively market town offering a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, boat trips and bike hire. A short drive away activity such as horse riding, white-water rafting, trekking and scuba diving are available. The 6km long beach with parasols and snack bars at each end can be reached from Dalyan by a 15-minute bus ride through spectacular scenery or by river taxis. The sea is clean and warm.
