Dalyan waterfront is around 1.2km away. A very pleasant 25 minute flat walk through areas of smallholdings and other villas will take you into the village centre. At the waterfront there are dozens of restaurants and bars as well as access to the beach, lake, mud baths and Lycian tombs via river taxis. Boats for trips along the coast can also be chartered from here. There are footpaths and cycle paths up and down the river if you feel like exploring, or if you want to be a little more active then there are jeep safari's, Quad bike safari's, paragliding and trips into the mountains for white water rafting. Alternatively a pleasant walk around the town stopping off for a drink or lunch at a riverside restaurant never disappoints.
